Housekeeping were a bit noisy early morning. The manageress at the restaurant was a bit surly and the pool towel guy at the main pool was not so helpful - Needs to try to remember people a bit more.

Great pools. Good value. Swim up bar with Happy hour cocktails. Great view of the sea! Good variety at breakfast. Friendly reception staff. Great bathrooms with baths and a shower. Staff in the bars and restaurants sooo helpful. Loads of sunbeds, close to loads of great 'sunset' restaurants. Pool water is salted. Kinder on the skin.

The staff at the towel station is not friendly at all.

We love the location! It's walkable to the beach, and to local restaurants. Breakfast was very good. The hotel has two swiming pool, which is very nice. The bed is comfy, and the sea view is amazing.

Beach looks right beside you, but you have to walk to main hotel and then down a tough set of stairs to finally get to the beach. I was recovering from ankle surgery, so the uneven steps were challenging both down and up from the beach.

room was beautiful, a bit rustic, but spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the beach in a mellow area.

We accidentally broke a glass and were charged 30 baht for a replacement, which I thought was a bit petty.

Everything at the hotel , from accommodation yo food and beverages .But what stands out is the highly professional way the staff conduct themselves , from cleaning staff , waiters to reception , they all deserve to be praise.

The reception staff are tired and nervous, probably overworking. The hotel floors outside rooms looks like 40-year-old 2* hotel, dark and with roughly painted walls (however, rooms and hotel lobby look much better and fresher). The A/C control in the room is messed up - min is max and vice versa.

Rooms are clean and well maintained even though the hotel is a bit outdated. No bugs or mold in the rooms. Good soundproofing of the rooms. The breakfast is OK, not too much choice but it was different between 2 days that we stayed. Good large pool. Very nice view from the hotel area to the beach.

Air conditioner was weak. Not enough pools and pool chairs. Some of the clientele put their towels on the chairs early in the morning. Breakfast was ok but not great. Not enough coffee machines. Not enough variety of fruit.

I am staying in this hotel the second time. The second time I stayed in the mini suite with my family and it was amazing. Everything is amazing - the view, the location, the food, the room, the facilities. I can't believe people call this a 3-star hotel. It deserves better.

Great resort for a family with kids. Easy access to the beach, clean, comfortable rooms, and decent breakfast. Pictures on booking.com don't do justice, it was really a great value for what we paid.
