The breakfast is not good at all. Its a very beautiful place but the maintenance is below standard for a 5 star. Its probably a 3 star to be honest. The only good thing is their staff are excellent otherwise everything else is below standard. You have to get out of bed to switch on or switch off aircon. The facilities are old even the charging ports, they don't have them in the rooms.

The staff are excellent. They have a hotel shuttle which is free everyday to Old town. The villas are good as well.

The staff is one of the most professional. Front Desk staff is very courteous who can always make our stay comfort and takes the feedback about the stay at all the times which is most important in the hospitality. We often visit your place. My wife and I are in love with this hotel. Quiet, peaceful place away from the main party places. Amazing staff, we will definitely come back to hug them all. They are so cute and friendly. You will need transportation to make your holiday complete, there is practically no decent tourist infrastructure around the hotel

It's quite a distance from the airport and other main attractions in Phuket. The actual journey took much longer than what was suggested in google map due to the traffic situation in Phuket.

Beautiful and clean place, great facilities. Very friendly and dedicated employees. Everyone made us feel so welcome and very important. The room service team has gone above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Every help we need, every issue we highlighted were attended immediately. Free shuttle to old town and Central Phuket shopping mall was a great addition to the stay. Everything was made easy and we love seeing those beautiful kind hearted people around us. We went in the rainy season and had to be very cautious because it is tiled everywhere.

The pool, being able to step out of my room into the pool every day was very nice. The daily shuttle bus was very convenient too.

It's clear from the map and location that there is not much nearby when you book the place. There is the free shuttle which we used to get to Phuket town which is reliable and friendly. However it isn't very frequent and it requires a pre-booking which limits flexibility a little (that said, private taxis are also readily available).

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. After a few days of busy travelling we enjoyed the enormous bed and a cheeky watch of the large smart TV. Nice 'balcony' area which descends directly into the pool. The complex was quiet and very modern and smart. Staff here were lovely and spent the time to chat with us. Breakfast is a large selection of Thai and international food, buffet style with a coffee machine. A few small shops in walking distance to bag a few drinks/snacks for the room.

It’s in a random area nothing is around this property the breakfast is very limited we only went once in our stay we didn’t feel like it was something to wake up for

The smell of heat coming sometimes from the bathroom. I wish there was a bathtub Also could there be a villa option with 3 bedrooms in your next resort?

The pool right outside the door was a beautiful addition after a hot day. The staff is wonderful, always prompt to offer help. The rooms were well equipped. Good value for money!

NOTHING was negative at all.

It was a very pleasent staying in Craft Resort & Villas. The staff were very friendly & helpful, Every thing was perfect, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the hotel facilities, the rooms size and furnichers, the beds were comfortable, the pool and the whole design of the hotel.. Every detail was great. The free shutle bus to Phucket Old Town and to Phucket Central Mall is a great bonuse. I strongly recomend this hotel if you are going to visit Phucket.

There is not much within walking distance but it's a short Bolt or taxi to the old town

Room was lovely, swim up patio is fantastic. Great restaurant and bar on site. We booked last minute as we had issue with another location. Craft had only a few hours notice that we were coming and still decorated the room for our honeymoon and looked after us well!

The pool needs to be cleaned better or more regularly. It's tolerable but there were a lot of dead leaves and insects in the water.

The room was very nice, it was comfortable, the room service was impecceble. Decent breakfast.
