Urgent need for water mist umbrellas over outdoor seating for it to be tolerable and much much pleasant during this heat It is stupid to restrict swimmers from using the pool den seating with wet swimwear. No one does this!

Breakfast could be improved. Toast is served in a small bowl rather than a plate. No marmalade only mixed berry jam. Muesli is mainly yoghurt, fruit and a very small topping of muesli. However it was great to have breakfast in the hotel.

Hotel was new, quiet, clean and perfect for a few days stopover in Bangkok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The localisation might be a problem for some because it’s quite far from most known places. However on the other hand it’s in quiet area.

The hotel is quite small therefore we felt very comfortable there. The stuff is helpful and breakfast are very fine.

During the early hours of the morning I heard a noise, similar to that of a washing machine running. The hotel could offer guests a special condition in the restaurant, especially for breakfast.

The hotel is very cozy. Decor and vibe are enjoyable. The rooms are suitable for 2 people comfortably. There's a good restaurant on the ground floor, it's a good idea to make a reservation to sit outside because there are many visitors there.

I should have picked a bit of a roomier room as it was a bit squeezy with the king bed and the working space. I could not faulty the hotel, the spa or the restaurant or service.

Good value for money. place close to where we needed to be for a coocking class, so very handy and safe location. The room we chose was good although a bit more roomy would have been better. The restaurant below has some amazing food and the swimming pool is good also to swim laps. Great facility to do the laundry at the top.

Walk of at least 1km to reach shops like 7-11 or ATMs or BTS station. Range of TV channels disappointing. Curious design with washbasin, toilet and shower in separate cubicles. Breakfast starts very late and early travellers have to manage with a limited Breakfast Box.

Only 4km from Bangkok central train station (but taxi could take 30 mins). Quiet residential area. Room was compact but had enough storage areas and (importantly!) power sockets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Having full understanding that the bar is not serving anymore, they also prohibited us from sitting there, whilst that is the only public space available at night. This is unacceptable. Besides this, the food is slightly overpriced (small portion).

The baby bar was expensive The payment process was not explained properly. They charge the card then ask you to pay when you get to the property. I think the initial charge is like a deposit but it just wasn’t made clear

Bathroom's drain isn't working. Water got problem flowing, causing a minor flood.

I like the service and the atmosphere. Staffs are friendly and nice upon arrival! Rooms are clean everyday, although could clean a little earlier.

The room definitely felt smaller than what we saw in the photos, but the spacious bathroom definitely made up for it. Our balcony view was mostly directed at other rooms as well

Ari is a great neighbourhood that I always felt safe to roam around in. The highlight was definitely our bath tub that could fit two comfortably.
