Macauthe bathroom walls weren’t clean, it looked it they havent scrubbed it for weeks. the toilet bowl looked old, and the crevices of the tiles around the bathtub needed some deep cleaning too.

Location Good, Mini Big C & 7 Eleven on your doorstep, Main building fully renovated looks very nice, Breakfast so so for Europeans it is more for Asians, All in all good hotel.

United KingdomSometimes set for the room to be cleaned and it wasn't, just had to reach out to front desk and they was happy to assist. Wasn't a real deal breaker as I don't mind an untidy room for an extra day but they'd send someone up right away to resolve.
Used for two weeks, great friendly staff. Good facilities and site with a good warm breakfast. Bed wasn't ideal for me, was hard so I struggled with sleep but that's a personal preference. Bath and shower, great option to have and the balcony down to the pool was a real comfort.

ThailandThe price was high, but the hotel felt budget. The pictures made me think we'd be in a resort next to the pool, but when we arrived we were in an older building next to the road. We could hear the trucks at night. There were no hand towels. The TV barely worked. It felt like a budget hotel, but for the price it was not. They had multiple busses of tourists staying. It was crowded on the one elevator serving 6 floors
The shower got hot. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was Thai-style buffet. The location was good if you like being outside the chaos.

NetherlandsThis hotel managed not to make up the room twice, even after we complained (2 rooms), they managed again not to make up the rooms the next day, not to change the towels in 1 room, no make up of the beds, obviously there is a serious problem in the housekeeping. Staff speaks very poor or no English at all. Breakfast is pure Asian style which fits their clients (98% are loud Chinese).
Location is good. Stayed last year as well but it will be the last time...

United Arab EmiratesThe pictures and the facilities shown while booking is the hotel is completely change A/C is only available in room not in the corridor and Swimming pool was not clean and room service also not good. Staff at the reception they don't understand English which is very difficult to explain anything. Worst thing was wifi connection the internet was disconnecting again and again and when we explain to the reception the response was not good. Breakfast was also not good fruits only two type watermelon and pineapple other than that other things were also not good. Spoiled my trip.

Italyno wifi at 7 floor, we make them notice once a day. any day answer was they will provide. that day never comes when we arrive they give us different room than we booked. we did specifically booking becouse we have 07 months baby. they changed the building non olny the room. hotel manager cheated us for two days and only afer two calls with booking they said the truth: overbooking due to Chinese meeting. we had to stay 3 nights into onother building. they said we will get refund: NEVER HAPPEND.
Staff was always gently specially with our son, 7 moths old.them all was great. when they finally guve us bulding and room we booked, room was big, bed was big.
