Small rooms, no comfy chair to watch TV. TV process/mechanisms too complicated., and no translation mechanism. Average breakfast.

Great staff and responsive management. Location very good, like living in a neighborhood. The breakfast and cleaning ladies are the best.

A little bit far from The Night Bazar, 15 minutes walk. Small pool.

The staff was very nice! They made us feel like valuable costumers. Made my daughter gluten free pancakes which I bought from home (she has Celiac disease). Arrenged an extra bed for free, and made sure that it was cozy enough to sleep on. In the check out I asked to purchase a towel for our jeep trip, she didn't have any extra from the hotel, but then she brought me another towel for free (I think it was hers..). Nice breakfast also.

Only thing we have missed the hand shower in the shower chamber. It's only celling shower head. But this is not a big issue and manageable.

Smooth & easy check-in. Environment is excellent. Rooms are specious with long veranda and balcony is bonus for the twin room accommodation. Reception lady was very supportive. Staffs are very good. It's very quiet & calm hotel but not so far from Night market crowd (within 1 km). Strongly recommended for the visitors.

The area was a little too quiet but it was a nice hotel.

Nice comfortable bed and friendly staff. It was also near a fabulous restaurant ‘Dash’. The breakfast was fine and the location was close to the main areas but I would have preferred to be abit closer. Nice spot to stay.

The room wasn’t super private because the window looked out onto the main path but was fine if you close the curtain.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, pool was good and the tv was perfect for chilling before a long travel day!

The King double room was spacious; it includes a good breakfast Thai or American breakfast. The location is perfect. We walked to the night market and local morning market too!

The property was in the heart of old Chang Mai great location next to markets temples bars restaurants the hotel itself was good only exception was a night club next door which went on until 4 in the morning the receptionist was the best couldn’t do enough for you great personality

The peopoerty is close to many things it is clean and confortable. Heard nothing at night. Yes we can hear people outisde but like any other hotel. Good value for money and swimming pool okay. For le it was a really good stay. Only "bad" thing is that the painting is falling in the bathroom because of humidity maybe need renovation. But very good stay.

Great staff easy walking to all areas. The room is good everything works. Cleaning is always done early which suits me. The only thing I didn't like was the pool is small and the water is not clean unless you asked reception to turn on the jets

Bed was a little hard.

Location is perfect for the old town and plenty of bars, restaurants and laundry facilities nearby. Great value for money and the lady at reception is very friendly and helpful. Great shower.
