Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Beds were super comfortable and room was spotless. The main pool area was very loud and a little too lively for us, but the garden area pool was really nice and peaceful. Room is a bit dark but that’s just preference, and I woke up with 7 bites one night, so just beware of bug bites!

There seems to be more rules and regulations posted around the complex and I am not talking about not smoking cannabis in your room which is a completely acceptable rule. We first stayed here in March 2020 and there has been a big ramp up on signage over what you are not allowed to do everything is charged to your room and you are fined if you remove anything from the breakfast dinning room (300 baht) ...it was not a problem for me this time but my husband was poorly back in December 2022 and spent several days on bed I used to get him breakfast and take it to him (no signs then than goodness) ......also you have to leave a 3000 Bhat deposit on arrival..a new rule this time and the pool bar does not accept cash! Also I am sorry to say it does not seem as clean as it used to be in the rooms which is a great shame...I would now hesitate on recommending the hotel due to this

The closeness to the beach just a 10 minute walk. Lovely breakfast and the staff are just lovely. Extensive gardens with bungalow rooms, we always have a garden room as we like single storey accommodation.

Our first trip to Thailand and Deevana was an oasis away from the bustling streets of Pa Tong. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing, the breakfast was lovely, and all facilities & ease of access was great. The rooms were basic & traditionally styled but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast does get a bit boring after a few days as they do not change the options. But there is a very wide selection. We arranged a few days prior to our check out for a late check out as we had a late flight. The front desk confirmed it was in order and we could check out at 2pm. On the day of check out, I confirmed with reception again and they said it is in order. And then at 12 we got a call asking when we are going to check out. The person then told me that there was no note on the system. I negotiated with her and she allowed us to stay until 1:30 as we still needed to finish packing up. This was a bit frustrating. The music at the pool gets boring. They play the same Playlist every day. And if you are at the pool every day or have a pool room, it gets very frustrating. When we asked who controls the music, the staff said that there is a set Playlist. They should also consider consider some pool games or activities.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and clean. They will also store your bags for you on day of check out.

the gym only had one machine for every muscle group and did not work in some of the settings. The treadmills didn't operate properly. No free weights above 10kg

Staff were very very polite and welcoming, they wouldn’t let us take our own luggage to our bedroom or even the taxi on departure. We were greeted with a drink at reception and our luggage was able to stay within reception until our room was ready. Breakfast was lovely. A lot of variety with what to choose and good quality food.

Although our Flight was delayed, the Staff at the Reception were extremely polite and helpful and actually upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was really luxurious. The location of the Hotel was ideal, walking distance from everywhere yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet corner.

My wife fell off the gutter shopping and had to go to hospital they borrowed a wheelchair so we could get to hospital then gave us a room at ground level so that she could get around as we were leaving the next day couldn’t of helped anymore thank you for a very remeberable holiday will be back

Some food at breakfast was a little slow being replaced , things like bacon were not replenished enough , when busy in the breakfast hall it could do with another one or two to help out as they did seem rushed off their feet ,

I have stayed at the Deevana resort 3 times now so did know what to expect, it is a very good comfortable hotel , the rooms are a good size ( I have always booked the de luxe rooms) they are a typical Thai style hotel which I like though it is looking a little dated now, Breakfast has a decent food selection and runs from 6.30-10.30, Nita on the reception is lovely and really helpful, all the staff to be fair are very polite and helpful but did feel there was a shortage of staff in the breakfast room this holiday but all in all we had a lovely stay again and would definitely stay again

They had a nice variety of vegetables in their buffet, but it attracted too many flies and many of them would land on the vegetables. Maybe placing some big fans next to or big lids for the vegetables could help.

It has a nice location with walking distance to Patong beach but away from the noisy night life areas. As a couple we really enjoyed that we could just have breakfast at their great morning buffet, then hang out at the pool or go to the beach within minutes and by foot.
