water quality of the pool pillows are rather big and uncomfortable waited a long time for waiter to come (we went to get drinks 3 times and every time service was rather slow)

I didn’t like the fact that everytime we came out of our room opposite there was a pig tied up to a tree which made me very sad after seeing it every day.

Loved that it was on the beach. But option for pool over sea was great. Food was lovely.

Unable to go in the sea. This was only advised by Booking.com rather than the hotel. If the sea is dangerous due to sharp coral, the hotel should have a duty of care to inform their guests and there were no signs and we were not advised at check in.

Rooms were cleaned to a good standard, but I have never stayed in any hotel where hand towels are not provided! We reported a couple of issues with our room, which were not rectified The pool areas were not cleaned, water bottles, drink cans, ash trays etc not cleaned up daily

Good location for what we wanted Liked the option of an onsite restaurant for convenience, which was ok but very very slow service.

Only downside was our TV didn’t really work.

The resort was really well presented. It had multiple pools and a lovely restaurant on the beachfront. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We got kindly upgraded due to our previous motorcycle injuries, which was very lovely that they were very accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated and clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

The mosquitos

It was lovely. The lady called nine at the restaurant was awesome she took such great care of us , she made our stay better.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety but did get fresh made eggs the way you like it. The booking said it was possible to have a late check out or early check in. When we got there the staff said it’s depending on availability. It would be better if that is also mentioned in the booking.

Multiple beautiful and clean pools and not too busy. Nice jacuzzi on the balcony. Really wide bed.

No hand towel in the bathroom or hand soap by the sink Location is fairly secluded with not a lot around unless you drive further out

Only had two small complaints: - our first day at lunch there was only one employee working the restaurant. She was incredible, bringing out orders, doing payments, making coffees, making cocktails. This was way too much for one person to do, there should have been at least one if not two other staff to help, as one person simply could not do all of that in a timely fashion by themselves. - the second is our bathroom had a pretty bad smell coming out of the drains. We had to keep the door closed at all times to prevent it from entering the room.

Complained about a party in the next room till 5.30am had to get security to knock as we had a child with us that couldn't sleep. When we were checking out we were charged money for a pillowcase that they said we stained during our stay which was lies. we felt it was because we made a complaint but we were told hotel don't deal with complaints to get in touch with their head office.... we were not allowed leave the hotel till we paid even though they had no proof that we stained it Very dissatisfied with it overall.

Beautiful resort with lovely staff. We had 2 different rooms and both were unreal with comfortable beds and lots of space. One room had a bath on the balcony...Little beach with pool was gorgeous and the food tasted lovely too.

4hours between check-out (11am) and check-in time (3pm) bit too wide and forcing us to vacate too soon. Not being accommodative to allow for late checkout even after staying 4nights seemed bit not resident friendly

Rooms were spacious and clean, jacuzzi in room was a surprise.
