I'm not sure anything could be better, I found no fault with the resort.

We were short of toilet paper every day due cleaning delivered only one roll of toilet paper per day. Bottom of bathtub was broken and some dirty water flood into the tub via crack when taking shower. Would be nice if hotel fixes broken items and also add some hooks for towels into the toilet.

Great breakfast, a lot of fruits, multiple options of food both for spicy-loving parents, and for infants. Very beautiful pool, our children spend half of their time in that pool instead of going to see.

The loud music at the pool bar. Terrible choice of music and too loud for relaxing or reading. They did turn it down if we asked every day. If we want music we can go to a bar.

Lovely gardens and pool areas to relax. Close to many restaurants, massage & shopping. Short walk to Karon beach. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a bit outdated and you have to walk in a steep incline and staircases. The breakfast is a bit far from the lobby and one of the pools. The toilet did not have a vent. The lobby does not have air conditioning and it's pretty hot and humid.

The location is great, right in between the two calm beaches, next to the main street. Breakfast was nice, the gym is fine but very small.

This hotel needs updating. It's tired looking in parts. The two pools we used both had broken tiles, with pieces visible on the pool floor, many of which my husband retrieved, having stood on many. We stopped using the pools due to this. Although our villa room was lovely, it was not with garden view as stated With some updating, this could be a really lovely hotel

Nice traditional looking hotel with lovely secluded villa rooms, which were well service every day. Nice breakfast, with local Thai dishes, which were yummy, egg station, omelettes made to order, fresh fruit, yoghurts & pastries. The breakfast restaurant is located up a very steep hill & depending on where your room is, you may want to take advantage of the free from reception, buggy ride up the very steep hill The hotel is well located with an array of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and spas/massage establishments right outside the hotel. There are street markets selling just about everything a short walk away, down the hill. Due to the hotel being on an elevated location off the main road, you don't get disturbed by the busyness of the main street but do benefit from everything so close by. Karon & Kata beaches are close by. The latter you may want to take the bus to as it's slightly further away. Overall, it was a nice hotel, if a little tired & in need of updating.

There seemed to be a lot of noise - at all hours. Lots of random banging that I’m not entirely sure what it was. Travellers with mobility issues should beware of the hill to enter the property and another hill to get to some rooms. Staff were excellent with offering us a lift in the buggy when they noticed us and the area is generally pretty hilly, but anyone with mobility issues may struggle.

The hotel fell short of expectations; it's definitely not a 4-star establishment. Situated in a highly touristy area, it needs renovation. The villa is essentially a duplex, and the bathroom is quite cramped. The breakfast was modest and lacked variety. The spa was closed without prior notice. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant but struggled with English communication.

We got bed sheets with stains a few times, but overall they looked clean, so it's not a big deal. The SPA was closed during our stay, unfortunately.

The location is great - this hotel is close enough to Kata Beach (about a 10-minute walk) and very close to Karon Beach (about a 5-minute walk), so you can enjoy both beaches depending on your mood. There are lots of good restaurants nearby too. The hotel breakfast is decent and worth the money. You can get a ride up the hill in the morning to the breakfast area (a big plus for my elderly mom). The staff at the breakfast restaurant is very friendly. The reception staff is even more friendly and helpful and they were able to fulfill all of our requests promptly.

Our room had an issue with water draining in the shower area on Day 1 that we arrived. We had to call a plumber to clear the clog and even after he left, water drained very slowly. It was very annoying. The whole place is on a hill. Lots of walking and no lifts leading to the rooms close to the reception. There is a golf cart service to the far ends of the resort but people who have rooms close to the reception have to walk up stairs. After getting off the golf cart also there are stairs you need to climb to reach the breakfast area for example. People with small children and elderly need to be mindful about this. There weren’t many fans in the lobby area. Made for a very hot seating area.

Property is very close to Karon beach. It is close to a lot of eateries, laundry centres and massage salons. It has several pools all over the hotel to cool off in the Phuket heat!
