Luckily my daughter only needs her wheelchair for long distance there is no disabled access once inside hotel... there's about 8 stairs.to go up to get to lifts .she managed this fine but I just wasn't made aware of steps..And I thot my room had a balcony as said terrace but its not a balcony...

Flipper lodge is a fantastic hotel. Rooms Clean.swimming pool excellent .staff are all very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good but just not for me. .rest if my family ate well...

We have visited this hotel before and like the location close to Pattaya beach road. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts very good (European and Thai food).

The hotel offers a really nice breakfast with a good variety, and the price is very reasonable for the location. It’s also very close to the beach, which makes it super convenient. What impressed me most was the excellent service – they even helped me bring my Braun electric shaver from Bangkok to Pattaya in just one day, which I really appreciate.

Shower is either very hot or freezing cold. Nothing in between. The telephone ringing early every morning to get staff to check out rooms. They need walkie talkies.

superior room doesn't have anything superior. I said when I check-in. I have a girlfriend not a one night stand and don't ask her ID don't make her feel bad. They kept doing it. My woman was sad and walked with me without her ID for days.

The room was a bit worn, and there was one mean, evil chair that seemed to be hunting my toe—I swear it had a grudge. 😉 Technically, I used it as a makeshift work chair, so I probably provoked it... Still, a small workspace with a proper chair would’ve been much appreciated.

If you're a foodie, you'll love the breakfast—absolutely delicious. The location is extraordinary, the staff were polite and helpful, and the on-site security was a reassuring bonus.

Checkout took a long time - probably 20 minutes. I didn't have any complaints about the hotel itself, but the bars surrounding it are loud. It's not loud inside the hotel and once you get to the beach it's fine, but the road to the beach is loud and kind of PG-13 rated.

We were so close to the beach! The beach is just down the road. The showers and beds were big and it was a good price.
