Lovely location built out over the sea, the sound of the ocean 24/7, deck at the end for sunbathing or sitting having a drink with fantastic views. Room was a good size, comfy bed, hot shower, clean towels every day, drinking water, kettle, fridge. Based at the pier end of the old town, a 5 minute walk to many excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. Can hire a moped to get around and explore the beaches on the other side of the island.

It is an old building so don't expect it to be squeaky clean. We couldn't get the TV to work.

This hotel is unique, one that you will never forget. The views over the sea were fantastic. The location was great, just a one minute walk into the Old Town.

The bed was a little hard, but wouldn’t stop us from staying again!

The property was in a great location in the old town. We rented a scooter so that we could go into the main area and beaches on the other side of the island. The property was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing place. We could hear the sea while we were in bed in our spacious room, which was cleaned every day. The host was very friendly and they have a great restaurant with tasty food.

A dreamlike spot: it looked already so good on internet, but honestly, our expectiations were exceeded: the location is superb, 5 min walking from historic Old Lanta Town, with all it's shops and restaurants, in a very quiet neigbourhood. The compound has only 4 rooms - and the wonderful (and so photogenic!) little pier only for those few guests. The room is very large, all in dark wood, extremely tastefully furnished and decorated. Everything is spotless clean. What a luxury to make a cup of coffee in the early hours and sit on the pier for sunrise - MAGIC!!!

Nothing. Although as the tide comes in very quickly it’s a bit noisy with the water rushing in under the pier. But you can hardly blame the management for that.

Location couldn’t be faulted. Staff were very friendly and the room was very well cleaned every day we stayed. A great relaxation area at the waters edge with nicely padded sun loungers and a covered area with a table and chairs. Lovely bathroom with a good shower. The AC was really good. We stayed in room F1.

Very peaceful property, I felt happy staying there! It had everything I needed, location-wise it was also great- right at the centre of the old town, while at a quiet location. I loved that I could hear the sea while falling asleep, sunbathing at the seaside porch was also lovely!

The woman running it is not the kindest in the world. She would not accept a credit card, which I had no indication of at booking, and then would not accept the large bills I got from the ATM down the street even though I would only have needed 400 baht in change. She always seemed slightly annoyed to have people there.

One of the cutest places I’ve stayed while I Thailand. I wanted to spend one day near the Old Town. This is situated on the main walking road but the equivalent of a couple blocks away. The room was very nice and you could walk to the end of their little pier and sit on a beach chair or hammock to hang out or read. I watched a fisherman dealing with his nets in the evening.

I was in the seaview room with balcony which is at the end of the property, with sun loungers on my own private patio. The view of the sea was breaktaking. The style of the building and room is like going back in time, it has real charm and Thai authenticity. There is also a large communal patio with the best view of the sea. I loved watching the fishermen boats and listening to the birds in the morning. One minute walk to the old town with lots of shops, restaurants and bars which was equally charming. A very quiet place to unwind in and a very special place. Get the seaview room it’s worth it.

They don't have a 24h reception which is not a problem but the phone number you should call is not a WhatsApp contact. So you need to have a Thai number so you don't pay excessive amounts.

The wooden construction and interior was beautiful and gentle and a big contrast with the hard white walls so common nowadays. It feels like a house from another time. Of the six places on the current tour of Thailand, this was my favorite.

A beautiful building, full of character, which extended on stilts into the sea. So glad we took the sea-view room! We could sit on sunloungers outside the room or swing on a hammock at the end of the furthest point of the property. Fresh House is very easy to find from the pier and close to shops and restaurants.

Very nice, clean spacious room in a charming place. There is amazing view from the little pier. Very close to nice restaurants and little shops. During the night it can be loud because of the tide, for us it wasn't a problem but for the noise sensitive person it might be.

The wardrobe smelt awful due to the moth balls in it. Be warned the tide coming in under your room can be very noisy, we found this part of the charm of staying there

Location, location, location, we had the room with the sea view, it was amazing, the bed was comfy, room clean, hot water and air con. We had two sun beds on the deck outside our room which were very comfy. The room was located above the sea , the decking at the bottom of the hotel was a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunset this area anyone could use. Walking distance to old town, plenty of restaurants and some shops.
