We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaLast time I was there was 9 years ago and it has aged badly. Furniture looking a bit knocked around and needs new carpet. Same with breakfast room furniture.
Nice big rooms - firm but very comfortable big king sized bed. Nice bathrooms with glass to see in haha. The rooftop pool and bar is great and awesome sunset views. Can do cocktails and food from the rooftop bar as well with lovely staff. Great location to walk to Silom and Soi laneways fun spots. Breakfast had terrific selection.

United KingdomThe taxi service. We booked a taxi for 5 people through the hotel to get to a meeting point and paid 500baht. The next morning the taxi that arrived only had 4 seats so my 8 year old had to sit on my knee and when we flagged one down on the street to return to the hotel (expecting to pay more as it was not prebooked it was only 400baht.
Good location within walking distance of patpong market. Nice breakfast with lots of choice.

MalaysiaAs I have said, overall, everything was fine. There was nothing broken or that didn't work, our room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water. The only negative was that for the size of the hotel and number of guests there are not enough lifts. I would also mention the three-day no cleaning policy which we were fine with, but I am sure some guests might not like.
We stayed for three nights, were upgraded, which was nice, and given a quiet room as requested. We didn't have breakfast and didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on those areas. It is an older hotel and is absolutely fine - we found it - as somewhere to stay. But it has reached the stage where it looks a bit 'tired' in some respects, and on that basis it can be argued is not very good value for money. These things aside, it is in a very convenient location, our overall experience staying there was good, and we will probably stay there again the next time we visit Bangkok.

PolandThe hotel definitely has seen better days but it has nice big rooms overlooking Silom. I loved the pool at the roof of the building and the views from there. The pool also has a bar for a relaxing drink after a day of exploring Bangkok.

United KingdomQuite dated rooms. With a bit of upkeep it could be perfect. Pool had broken panelling which kept on breaking even more when you walked on them, which you had to to get into the pool. No shower possibilities close to the pool either. It was a big shame as it looked like a nice pool with great views. Kept on being harassed in breakfast for room number (twice each day for the first three days, last morning they told me I had to pay for it. Had to go down to reception to clear p the mistake.)
It is well situated with the skytrain close by and the party district of Silom just 15 minutes away. Room very spacious and except for some unfortunate stains on the floor, clean. Room cleaner was very attentive. Good view of the NYE fireworks.
