The hotel is located near the BTS Onnut and there is a food market opposite of the hotel which makes travel and food very convenient. The room I had was big and quiet at night. The bed is super comfortable and the staff is very kind, always helpful and just super sweet!

Common areas lacking maintenance, lots of wear and tear

​Our stay at GP House Express was better than expected. The location is absolutely fantastic: within walking distance of the BTS and bus stops, and with amazing hawker stalls right across the street. ​The staff deserves a special mention. They were exceptionally helpful, day and night. The check-in was fast and efficient, and they even helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. ​Fortunately, our room was very large and reasonably clean, though we did spot a few areas for improvement. There was daily cleaning service, and we received fresh soaps and water bottles every day. The beds were very comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. Despite the busy surroundings, it was surprisingly quiet in the room. ​The hotel is in the process of being refurbished, which is a positive sign. The only downside is the common area, which could use some maintenance. Despite this, the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the room fully compensated. In short, it's a great choice for travelers looking for a no-frills hotel in a perfect location with excellent service.

1. The room that I occupied had 2 small “windows”. It turned out that these were “fake windows”. The room did not have any natural light coming into it instead these “fake windows” were illuminated 24 hours a day.The room never really got dark at night and I found it difficult to get used to. I always avoid booking rooms without natural light but in this case, there was no mention that the room didn’t have natural light. 2. The hotel is located quite a way along Soi 81 and it’s a good 10 minutes walk to the main road. Walking to the main road is challenging when it’s raining since there is no proper footpath and you need to deal with the traffic and puddles at the same time.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was serviced daily. The shower had plenty of hot water and with good pressure. Sound insulation was very good. There is a lift in the building. I arrived earlier than 2:00pm and I was able to check in and go immediately to my room.

I stayed over a week and m9ved rooms towards the end. The last room was.much better but the roller blind in bathroom window was too short by 7 inches. I'm pretty sure IF you were on the street and were to look up you could potentially see someone sitting on the toilet or having a shower. Thankfully Bangkok streets are always busy and I'm guessing no one really looks up at that height. An easy fix. Get a longer blind and there would be no problems

It's easier to get a long term residence visa than to get your room done. The WhatsApp system they use is too convoluted and does not substitute having g to put a tag on the door apparently. The room was windowless (no biggie) but had a little smell of dampness. I think it is because on top of lacking ventilation the air extractor in the bathroom wasn't working

Less than 10 minutes walk from BTS On Nut. Lot's of places to eat, have coffee, wash&dry, and a couple or three marijuana dispensaries too. The room was quite big,had a safe and the AC perfect.

There are no nice views and 2 of the rooms had unusable cupboards in the bathroom area which did not really bother me.

The location was good in that there were many food places, motorbike taxis, 7Eleven sores and a train station within 500mtres of the hotel. I stayed in 3 different rooms, (my choice), and in genenral the rooms were clean and provided most things to make the stay comfortable. Good internet as well.

A much longer walk to the BTS station than I expected, 1.00am garbage collection in the lane next to my bedroom was a surprise.

A basic room larger than most at this price point. Comfortable bed and good shower unit made my stay. A smart TV delivered when I wanted a movie and a food court right across the road should you want to stay close to the hotel.

Room was cheap with Booking.com promotion but shower curtain could have been unbroken an all trims wiped. The route from the station to the hotel is short but can be frightening for firts timers in Bkk.

I got a very good offer for a one night staying a day before check-in. A budget room without windows. Located bebind reception. Although one cover list was very dusty and shower curtain was broken, room was clean and in good condition. The bed really was good enough, AC and shower worked well. Sheets were clean. Room had also good lighting. Room was peaceful. I am sure rooms with windows suffer from the traffic noise. The alley (soi) is a drive through alley. Very, very busy. Alley does not have sidewalks. Walking on the alley can feel awful especially with luggages. I give 9 points because of a fine price-quality ratio.

Hotel room not clean in the bathroom and the glass of bathroom not clean at all and old smell cigarettes from other room smoking but they can’t stop them they offer me to change the room but I’m too lazy to move just open the window for get fresh air lucky was rainy not too hot

Some small ants going around my room. Not a big deal, I just spray all by myself. AC Unit is old and making noise even on lowest fan mode. New management, some renovation already done in room; compare to last time. So, why not change AC units to new ones ? In short, apart from AC fan noise ; all good.
