A quick shuttle to the airport was the most important point to choose this hotel, Also MAX gave me good instructions to get to exit no 5. Nice room. Voucher for a free drink appreciated.

Unfortunately we were not a huge fan of this hotel. Everything was extremely expensive so we didn’t eat there and opted to walk to the 711 and buy food from there. While it looks like it’s close to the hotel, the location was actually a lot further from the airport than we thought. There was nothing around the hotel so you couldn’t go for a walk to check anything out. It was a very commercial suburb. Yes the staff were lovely but it was an overall disappointing stay due to how expensive everything was I would definitely not book to stay there again.

The free shuttle bus from the airport was great. The bed was comfortable and the room super clean.

Perfect location if you need to get to the airport. Excellent value for money and a regular shuttle service to and from the airport makes it even better

Early check in. Location, Shuttle service, cleanliness. Very quiet. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Whilst we were grateful for the upgrade, there were still 2 rollaway beds set up that we didn't need which took up space

Whilst not located at the airport, it is only a short shuttle ride to get to the hotel and the shuttle was very comfortable. Check in was simple and our airport view room had a great view

Siam Mandarina has a convenient location next to the airport. The staff is very nice and Max helped with practical things, really helpful. Early breakfast and free shuttle to airport are a real add on the value of the price!

On site restaurants are pricey for the variety/ quality of the food (very few options along bust road outside, unless using a taxi).

Very good option for 1 night pre/ post flight. Was upgraded to a family room free of charge. Staff helpful and the free airport shuttle was no hassle to book.

The swimming pool is quite noisy as the hotel is in a busy road.

Good customer service from Max with complimentary cocktail and follow-up. Snacks available in area adjacent to resturant. Prompt service. Has a transfer service to and from airport. Nice sized rooms and the hotel is very well furnished and in very good decorative order.

Got in late & check-ed out early - free shuttle is good but be aware of schedule. Nice clean quiet, good room comfortable.

The area around the pool was quite small with standing room only. We didn’t find any restaurants within walking distance of the hotel so ended up eating in the hotel which had a fairly limited menu.

It was close to the airport and provided a free regular shuttle service. The staff were helpful and friendly
