Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaLimited lighting, relies on lamps. Also limited space for storage of your luggage or cupboard draw space for your clothes. Noise through the door was our biggest disappointment. Being woken up several times during the night by slamming doors from quests in another room. We requested a floor change as it was disturbing our sleep. The staff were very obliging and helped us change floors. A very disappointing conclusion to an otherwise pleasant stay.
Great location for Chinatown. The views were amazing from our room and also the rooftop bar. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious but the furniture was tired. There is a nice sitting area on the ground floor to have a drink and watch the world go by.

Perfectly located just steps from the yaowarat night market. Great views from our room balcony and the rooftop bar. Great value for the money. The staff were so kind, we actually stayed there again at the end of our trip and booked directly for a better rate. It’s not the trendiest Bangkok hotel but it had everything we needed also the gym was insane! It was huge and had so much equipment and no one in it. That was a pleasant surprise.

AustraliaA little bit worn and outdated. Room wasn’t very big compared to what the photos look like but that’s ok.
Lovely view, good breakfast downstairs. Polite and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Location is very central to many places you might want to visit as a tourist. A good place to stay for our 3 day visit.

Bed linen was silky smooth. Really really nice! Location was amazing if you are foodie. Few minutes walk from Chinatown and 100s of food stalls

AustraliaTime has moved on and I guess things do change. Breakfast etc used to be on the 10th floor but now down just around from reception out in the open. Wish it would go back to being on the 10th floor as the breakfast time finishes as 10am as then the eating area is set up and open to the public. If you need a sleep in and just make it to breakfast it is all a bit rushed
1st time back at this great hotel in Chinatown in 8 years. I used to stay here every 2 years on my way to and from Europe when I would visit a sponsor child in Krabi province. But then Covid hit and the world shut down. Am so pleased that some of the longer serving staff remembered me - I talk too much. Rooms have been renovated. Comfy bed.

United KingdomThe room was very basic and tired. house keeping came in each day and did the expected, however paintwork on doors, door frames and furniture was ingrained with dirt/ dust. The room felt damp. The room lighting was inadequate, with one lamp even having what seemed like a fault on the switch. The hot breakfast selection was infact cold, and very limited in choice. eggs were cooked to order, yet ours still reached out table stone cold - we had chosen the poached egg.
handy location for river ferries and china town. staff were friendly.

United KingdomGreat location for chinatown. Room a little dated but clean and everything you would need. We only used the roof top bar which was a nice vibe and sitting with a coffee or beer on the ground floor just watching the traffic and world go by was actually really nice and entertaining. Food market opens at night just 2 mins away. 7/11, metro only 5 mins away and peir for hop on hop off boat 10mins walk.
