IsraelThere is a very big hill to climb when you want to get in and out of the hotel. If you rent a bike it’s not a big deal, but if you plan on walking it’s pretty hard. Also, the hotel is a bit far from the centre of sri thanu

RomaniaThe entrance is a bit difficult to get to, a sharp steep but they will help you with the bags if they know you are coming . There is no place to get a coffee until 9 am( when they open the restaurant ) and 10 am ( the restaurant on the right-the secret beach) although you have the instant ones in your room.
Very quiet and nice place, just on the beach. Clean and comfortable rooms with huge bed. The woman from the reception is very nice and will help you with anything you want. The restaurant is great also, situated on a cliff, nice view, good food and good service

PolandVery steep hill so make sure your taxi drops you off by the entrance to reception and not on the road with a suitcase that wants to go faster than you. AC units point straight at the bed, they leak and make a lot of noise. Terrible shower pressure. Very outdated furniture. Rooms need a very deep clean. During full moon party time a lot of loud people show up and make a lot of noise.
Comfortable bed, great location right by the beach. Beautiful garden. Koh Raham restaurant is insane! Worst seeing even if you don’t stay at the hotel. Good food over there. Only tried breakfast there once but the hollandaise on my eggs Benedict was sweet 😐 Housekeeping is every 2-3 days which I liked as I don’t like people in my room all the time.

United KingdomVery steep walk to road or rooms. Bit of a walk to get to anywhere if you don’t have transport. Pool area wasn’t very clean and inviting.
The room was clean and comfortable and the surrounding area of the hotel is very beautiful. It’s on steep hillside but there are very helpful staff that assist with luggage. The beach is relatively close.

We stayed in the most expensive apartments for the last part of our holiday - they had recently been renovated and there was no hand soap. we asked for soap three times. but they never brought it to us. for this price level, it seems inadequate

United StatesCheck in process should be more efficient. The pool wasn't really maintained well so we didn't use it. Too many steps so not good for people with mobility issues.
Staff is nice once you get to know them. They are willing to help you just need to ask them nicely. Location is close to where we supposed to go. We enjoyed the free breakfast.

United StatesThe above pool picture on booking doesn’t exist, maybe it’s a different property. No central hang out area. Some really steep areas in the resort. The room’s headboard and other wood areas could use serious cleaning. The room’s bathroom could use a facelift. We were in room 201.
The bed and linens were really comfortable, the air conditioning was amazing. The restaurant was unique with good food. Snorkeling around the restaurant was a lot of fun.

United KingdomBedrooms are cleaned only every second day. There were no simple things like soap in the room. Only one bedside light needed maintenance. Everything in the room was very outdated. Nets on the windows would be a huge benefit as you can not sleep with opened windows due to flies and other creatures wanting to visit. You need a bike if you want to see different restaurants and shops. reception is closed for the night, so when we had very noisy neighbours, we had no one to go to. There is no proper signage on how to find reception when you arrive. The towels were very old, and it felt like staying in a cheap hotel, which is not.
The location is perfect as it is located on a good and clean beach. They also have a restaurant with good food, handy if you don't want to leave the property for the evening. It was away from all the tourist noise, too. We booked a superior room with a view of the sea. We stayed for 5 nights here.

RomaniaThe resort is huge, they have different types of rooms and bungalows. The newer ones (the deluxe) are perfect, spacious, beautiful terraces with sea view. The older bugalowes are good, comfortable, mainly overlooking a beautiful garden or the restaurant. The breakfast was good with various options. The staff is very friendly and helpful the one at the hotel, as well as the people from the restaurant. I would definitely come back.
