The spa, restaurants and bars were very expensive. We ended up getting tuk tuks or taxi to Yum Yums on the beach which has much nicer food and lots cheaper food and alcohol. And the massage on the beach is really beautiful and a quarter of the price in the resorts day spa and you can buy alcohol to take to your room by catching a taxi to supermarket (only sells alcohol after5pm) that’s a fifth of the price than room service. The beach sounded and looked beautiful but was too ferocious for us to swim in but the pools are so beautiful it didn’t bother us.

Pool was very beautiful Resort is well maintained and staff are very attentive and friendly Kids club was great and 24hour room service was an added bonus too. Brekky was also really lovely and the added view of the beach and beanbags on the beach were really nice too even though we didn’t swim in ocean

Not as much food options for lunch and dinner other than 1 restaurant. The hotel is far from the city centre and there aren’t any shops or restaurants around it. There could be chairs close to the beach.

Fantastic two room suite with two huge bathrooms. Very good breakfast.

There is a real risk of jellyfish, in this case the swimming pools are there to enjoy. The offer of food in the restaurants can be improved.

The property is nicely located on the beach and the pools are excellent, but the staff is even better. The international airport is close. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

No one informed me that the room is cleaned only if you ask for it by phone; the live music at the restaurant is like average karaoke

-a little bit loud air con -very limited space for cloths. Very small closet -not transparent water in the pool -bed linen was not changed every day -not very accurate cleaning -staff is not capable to deal with people on breakfast and dinner. and english could be better -long queues on breakfast. Small breakfast room -not the best beach. muddy seabed with a large slope. Any wind - big waves and not transparent water. someone bites - jellyfish or plankton -hotel territory is very narrow -VERY bad bakery on breakfast and WORST coffee ever. It is shame! Needed to be fixed asap

The location was a little secluded.

Two pool shear were always well maintained. Amazing breakfast!! So much selection and always topped up. Beautiful beach, clean and not crowded. Kind, attentive and efficient staff.

Breakfast buffet was amazing, really great however for the rest of the day, the a la carte menu was a bit limited, thai food was not served by the pool/beach area around sunset time and the kids menu was the same on all restaurants, could have more variety and healthier meals.

Kids, toddlers, babies were all entertained with so many options for the full day! My 2 year old loved the pools, splash area and water slides, the kids play area was above expectations and of course the sunset at the beach was the cherry on top of the cake every day of our vacation! Really recommend this hotel for toddlers as it hits all the points on my checklist

pool is full - no chance to have a spot to stay, everything occupied at 7:30 am. Staff is not organised, lot of waiting, bad coordination, bad English is many cases.

It is far away from a Minimart or anything walkable so you will be getting Taxis everywhere if you don't have a bike.

Recently renovated, the hotel is very well equiped. The rooms, breakfast, pools, kid club and activities were great. The beach is very clean and nice spot for the sunset.

if you need shops you need to drive a bit, or take a taxi/tok-tok, but it's also an advantage to be in a quiet area

The beach is isolated and amazing, the rooms are big and clean, nice atmosphire, live music in the reception etc. great kids club where you can leave the kids, activities on the beach (SUP, bow and arrow etc), the teams is amazingly nice, i can refer to the ladies at the reception (Berry, PIM and Taung). we had to check out at 1200, but wanted to stay in the beach/pool until 1700 and go to airport, and they arranged us a room to shower in before our departure. a real 5 start service

Management of the Sea Located bar is terrible. Many mistakes and absolutely no organisation. Staff works hard and are friendly but they need better guidance. In my opinion this is not a breaking point and can easily be solved.

Le Meridien (former Holiday Inn) is nicely located surrounded by green and lots of greens on the property. Breakfast serving is super good. Staff is super friendly but need more training to be efficient. Housekeeping prepared the most incredible surprise for my birthday. Never seen before.

The service is very slow. And there is a simple explanation to that: as it was a New Year holiday, the hotel was overbooked, and the personnel couldn’t process all the requirements. There was huge line in the breakfast every morning between 9 and 10 o’clock, as the restaurant had not enough tables for all the guests. And everyday I had to remind to clean our room and bring more water. I did it at least twice. So if you have high expectations about the service, please, come to this hotel in a low season. Otherwise you’ll pay a lot of money for an average level of service. And the last: the ac was very loud and there is nothing you can do about it.

Amazing place next to the most clean, quiet, peaceful beach all over the island. The hotel is redecorated recently, rooms are spacious and look like brand new. The territory is beautiful, the food is 10/10.

The hotel is far from the city centre and there aren’t any shops around it. There could be more chairs close to the beach, especially for guests who are not travelling with children. The hotel restaurants were very expensive for Thailand and the service was not always efficient.

Cleaning needs improvement. The crowdy public places such as breakfast area deteriorate quality of the whole place and environment.

Not that close to anything although that's fine if you just want to use the pool and beach.

Huge room, amazing buffet breakfast, lots of space around the pool to sit in the shade, lovely beach right off the resort. Beautiful, new property. Lots of activities/facilities for kids.. maybe better as a family destination than for couples.
