We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaSadly this hotel is a shadow of its former self. I've stayed here many times over the last 40 years and it saddened me to see it in decline. Staff are trying very hard and are helpful. I sincerely hope it can regain its previous status as it is well located.
Room size is large and bed very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and the location is convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool is still good and is mineral not chlorine.

Sri LankaHotel is not fully functional. It is without any staff and there is only 1 restaurant in operation and the hotel staff does not encourage to patronise it. Swimming pool, spa and everything is closed. There is no room service also so have to go out to eat something. Some of the floors are completely shut.
Location is excellent as it is very close to the railway station from the airport. Easy access from any transport mode and also is conveniently located within a shopping area. Ample food places and shopping centres in walking distance.

New ZealandThat they keep on and on about no smoking but my mum was putting in the room that smell like someone was smoking in there. We check in at 2pm they said the room not ready yet but they will give us the room with window and a good view so we left for the day and comeback after 9pm as soon as we walked in the room I can smell like someone was smoking in the room I call reception but she was telling me that I was check in since 2pm I told her yes I was checking in at 2pm but the room was not ready yet and we just came back is there any chance that we can change the room unfortunately they said this is the only room left so I asked them for more spray to reduce the smell so we end up sleeping with mask. I was booking for 4night the cleaners very good that been taking care for my mum because she had an allergy especially smoke (cigarette). I don’t think I will return to this place anymore.

We caught the train from the airport into Bangkok. The hotel was an easy walk from the station, close to shopping, food, etc. Standard hotel room, clean, reasonably priced.

The breakfast we did receive was very basic and would have like to be able to have a cup of tea and a juice. Not just one for the other. I paid $452 AUD for two rooms for 2 nights, in low season. Would have excepted a lot more for this price.
