The food was not great for us. We are vegan/vegetarian and it seemed like there wasn’t many great options (not even for vegetarian). And portion sizes were very small for the price you were paying. In general food wasn’t bad but it was the most expensive food we had anywhere in Thailand & it didn’t seem worth it for the price. It was also the worst quality food that we had anywhere in Thailand. Also felt confined to the hotel in terms of food as getting to the mainland required a boat which was quite some effort. The hotel also had a feel to it as if it knew it was “fancy” or a “romantic island escape” so it felt like the prices of everything was hiked up due to this. Also a beer in the hotel bar was more expensive than the mini bar. Didn’t really make any sense to me Finally, the hotel felt as though it needed a little renovation. The main pool was closed while we were there so seems like renovations were happening but the small details seemed to have been missed - scruffy edging around the pool, sun loungers were scruffy looking. We also had new bed linen with stains on it which wasn’t nice to come back to after a day out. WiFi also went down at 9pm one night while we were streaming a film and didn’t come back on til morning.

Loved the location, the buggies taking us to the room & to breakfast, etc. I also loved the swim up room, the pool was lovely. The fitness centre was also really good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Transportation facility runs on time which is very appreciating and at the check in ,we got a very good assistance from Irish ,she was very welcoming and upgraded our room without charging extra and also made my wife's birthday very special with a surprise in room,and her day was made special and memorable because of her. Don nida was also very helpful and helped us in late check out and cooperative in the booking of transportation back to port. Overall the experience of our stay was excellent with good breakfast as well serving halal food for Muslims.

The bed linen and Towels felt always a bit damp along with the damp smell, making it hard to get a good nights sleep. The services between the island and main land was of a low standard for such a highly ranked hotel. The timing not so great if you have booked full day activities around Phuket.

This is a great place to stay if you want to get away from it all. Plenty of peace and Quite. Rooms were of a good standard as were the personnel. Great breakfast catering to most of everybody's needs.

Maintenance around the kids slides within the pool villa area is urgently needed, the rust causes cuts and is flaking into the pool. To be fair, the maintenance team were making an effort to patch it up during our last few days.

This property really is all about people and the experience was fantastic from check in to check out.

The service in all three restaurants can be improved. They just didn't pay enough attention to gests. It was off season and they operated far away from their capacity, still they didnt manage to bring everything we ordered.. They let the guests with empty drinks until we came to them and it was not a single occasion.

We had a Pool Villa for 5 nights and our Family loved it. It is a great place to stay and to relax. The staff was always kind and helpful. We enjoyed the large pool area and the beach restaurant very much

Spead boats after 5 pm were not available, so guests had to take long tale boats (wooden), that looked old and not comfy.

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff. I have enjoyed spending 5 days there. Nice beach, nice activities, not overwhelmed, good level of people, friendly staff, good food and nice F&B spots. Rooms are clean and specious with nice comfy beddings.

The pools, adults and children’s needs to be better maintained. The broken/ missing tiles from certain areas of the pools and the slide in the children’s pool could cause injury. Some staining in bathroom sink in the room.

Overall nice resort, extremely family friendly. We stayed in a family room which was excellent for children. It had a climbing wall, climbing frame and monkey bars in a room that was extremely spacious. The room opened onto a large play area and children’s splash pool. So easy and convenient to get to from central Phuket.

The commute back from main land was good with speed boat but for night time on the long tail boat is not very pleasant. Food quality is good for what they offered but I hope they can expand their Thai food offering a bit more

We love the hotel - it’s our second time here in a month! The hotel is perfect for families. We stayed in 2 villas with pool access and it’s nice to go for a nice splash whenever you want and the water slides are super fun! The pool bar is amazing and the kids love the beach too. The beach activities they provide are great including kayaking, cupcakes decoration etc and they are free. Staff here are warm and hospitable and they are responsive and sweet. They prepared smalls adorable surprises for our check in as well as my birthday too. I want to thank the staff here, including Aomaemm, Fah, Chuk, Night and many others for taking care of us. And Lalyu, Pla and KK at the spa for the most amazing pampering.

Will preface this with it was low season so the resort was not fully operational. Pool towels were only available at the ocean pool and beach. That same pool was not particularly clean. The pool water was murky.

Quiet due to low season. Nice grounds. Low season rates were great. The Sunyata Spa was amazing.

The beaches, not at all as advertised. The pool did not look clean. The property can use upgrading. Difficult to figure out the transportation to mainland. Or any information about activities on mainland.

A bit far from the city. The private beach is not as good as what I thought. The bar at the pool is not attractive. Looks old and the staffs at this bar are the worst. It took 20 minutes to get a drink. It wasn’t even busy. They should serve the drink before the snack. Not same time with the snack. When bring the snake over, there wasn’t any utensils and napkins. I had to ask for it. No wonder the pool is so dirty! The water in the pool was one of the worst that I had never seen in any other resort.

The room had a mildew smell. They moved me. I should have complained sooner but I complained earlier about the ferry service changing location. They changed it without any one from the resort reaching out to me, despite me reaching out to them to confirm via email. I called & only then did I learn of the change.

Customer service was top-notch but there were minor issues that continued to disrupt my vacation.

The shower and toilet have glass walls with a pattern. I miss a bit of privacy, but that's a matter of taste. There are three restaurants where you can eat. A bit expensive compared to other Thai restaurants.
