Needs updating throughout the hotel, which was happening towards the front of the hotel. Carpets in hallways old and covered in stains. The main pool needed a bit of a clean. The second pool area was empty, and there was no bar or any staff. For the size of the hotel, I would have expected a better fitness room.

Location, close to the beach and near restaurants, good size room especially the end room, 3 large single beds. There was a bowling alley not used by us. Good breakfast

The pool bar at the front could be a bit more dynamic and alluring.

The hotel is ideally located on the beach front. The bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was reasonably good if you made the right selections. The hotel proved to be very good value for money.

Good value for money overall. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, although the decor feels a bit outdated. The swimming pool is excellent and well-maintained. Breakfast, however, was not very good and could use improvement. A major downside was that parts of the building were under construction—a detail that was only shared with us after we had paid, leaving us no opportunity to choose a different hotel. That lack of transparency was disappointing

The Booking website claims this is a 4 star. For a 2 star, maybe 3, this would have been ok. There's no way this hotel is 4 stars.

it's not that I didn't like, but lets say it's the thing i enjoy least!

Well, at this price, I expected less. The room was ok, the beds were a bit not comfy but not that bad. Breakfast was nice, always filled up! I walked down the pool, thought it was ok. The hotel was during renovation in some parts so the dust annoyed me a bit. However, the bowling alley made my day !! Such an activity you could do during the stay! so cool and the fees was acceptable. The staffs i've met were friendly and polite. Impressed. Beyond my expectation.

The property appeared very run down. Bathroom light wasn't working and even after advising reception nothing was done.

If the staff from the hotel offer you a cab to Airport, just reject it. Just do GRAB. Because they will scam you on the rates. Rest all the things are good.

The hotel was so large. The reception and little shop felt very far from our room and lifts They were also doing a huge refurbishment on half of the hotel ground floor.

The ongoing construction, lack of pool access from the main building, and overall worn-out condition took away from the experience.

Renovations of the lobby area, makes it feel like a building site. But as hotel bit tired needs the updating. Walls are very thin can hear people next door. Sound proofing needed.
