The only thing was the bed was a bit hard but they told us they are already working on getting new top matresses! Everything is really thought of and they are so good listening to the costumers and making improvements as they go. And I didnt like the cold clinical colour of the light in the room. I like more warm yellow lamp color glow but its such a small thing so overall no complains.

I really liked how clean it was, every surface so clean. And I liked the location close to the harbour so I could walk straight there when I arrived with the boat to the Island. The staff was the best, sooo helpfull with everything we needed right away, every day new clean towels and change the trash and if you want clean the room as well. We liked the lokation so We where close to most resturants / food options, and even tho is close to the road we were not bothered by the cars in the morning cause its pretty soundproof, the rooms are pretty dark but it didn’t matter cause we where out most of the time anyways, or windows open. I would be back! The last 2 nights we spend at the Beach in a small bungalow far away from resturants / supermarket so We where very Happy We stayed here prior to that witch made a good combination of modern / practical and comfort vs off grid with our second stay. The only issue we had was with the shower (it didn't drain, we stood in a puddle of our own shower water), but there was hot water which was great. Also the bed was hard, which is totally normal when you travel to SE Asia

Both minor details: The interior decoration was not to my taste - too dark for the size of the room and the water pressure in the shower was low.

Lovely hosts - the brothers who own the property were very welcoming and gave great advice on snorkelling beaches and restaurants. The location was convenient and the wifi was fast. Bottled water everyday and plenty of shampoo and soap. There is also a large patio area with a sea view to sit and watch the sunset.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no elevator, but it was only an issue when arriving and leaving with a heavy suitcase—so it wasn’t a big problem. A full-body mirror in the room would be a nice addition, and better lighting for doing makeup would also improve the experience.

We loved this place!! We came back twice. The staff are lovely and the rooms are spacious. The bed is comfortable and it is very clean. It is 5 minute walk away from the port so very convenient. We had no issues with this hotel and we would recommend to anyone.

The room was excellent, equipped with everything we needed. The internet was very fast, and we even had a router in our room. The room was cozy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and it smelled pleasant. Each day, we were provided with bottled water. It was clear they cared for their guests, offering earplugs for noise, water bottles, and even postcards of Koh Tao. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. If I’m ever in Koh Tao again, I will definitely stay there. Highly recommended!

The only issues were the water pressure in the shower that could be better and the noise from outside as it is located in a busy road. Not good for light sleepers. There is ear plugs as a courtesy in the room tho, it might help. Another chair in the room would be helpful and a shelf near the shower to leave shampoo etc would be very nice.

It is simple, but really good. Very well located. They tidy up the room everyday if you want to and will give free water bottles everyday too. They have a whatsapp to contact if in need of anything. Very fast reply.

Nice hotel in Koh Tao, the room is not very big but the bed was very comfortable and there was a smart tv. The room was clean and the personal was very nice and friendly.

Was only here for one night but it didn’t have the best sleep due to the bed being rather uncomfortable, quite hard and had a big dip in the middle.

Loved this stay! Super comfy bed nice cool rooms and hot water in showers which makes a nice change in the accom we’ve stayed in so far, owners are very nice they helped us extend a night and had good laundry service, it’s about a 20ish minute walk to main Sairee area so was perfect for us to be away from the crowds but theres still lots of restaurants and shops in 5 minute walking distance from hotel including mae haad beach which is super close and amazing for sunsets at the bars, would definitely stay again!

Such a great stay! The staff is amazing and kind, helped us to carry our really heavy luggages and we were able to drop them off before check-in time. The bed was really comfy and the room was furnished with kettle and instant coffee, AC and TV. We wanted to extend our stay, unfortunately they were fully booked. Highly recommended!

My stay was just great! Although, would be nice to have a smaller light, or lamp, to switch off once you are in the bed.
