It's value for money, I didn't have major issues. My complaint is only about the AC that was taking long to cool down the room and it was very hot when I was there. I was in a big family room.

The room is like the photos; there was no view, but I didn't spend much time in there. Relatively close to the beach and close to market and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Distance to the beach on a busy road (less suitable for families with small children), you have to make a diversion around the place where it would be closer. The bathtub in the living room looks very nice, but the water flow is too weak, the taps are not even fixed, fall off and do not work. The drain in the bathroom near the shower was partially clogged, the water collects after showering and drains slowly. As a mum I was very concerned for the safety of the child leaning on the stair railing as it has large gaps. It was unpleasant to see the price list with all the possible stains and damage to the furnishings in the hotel room. We felt cramped after the warnings. Of course we try to leave things as we got them, but these warnings left the impression of not being welcome. It is possible to pay the hotel in cash, if you pay with a credit card there is an additional 3% surcharge.

A large spacious room with large quality beds that can be put together (we combined a double bed and a single bed into a huge 3 metre wide bed), daily room cleaning, change of bed linen and fresh towels every day, daily supply of 0.5 litre water bottles, plenty of storage space for luggage, a rack for drying towels and laundry, friendly staff, the receptionist is always available - these are top features. There is a massage parlour and a very affordable laundromat very close by. Our room was on the 4th floor and only accessible by stairs (which is less suitable for families with small children, for us it was fine, except for the luggage transfer). On the day of departure, the staff helped us carry our luggage. Free hot drinks are available in the morning between 7am and 10am.

The location is good, it's near the places and beach if you like to explore more. easy to find the food and 711 is just nearby. Motorbike rent is only 100meters from the hotel. Bars, local foods, Temple is just on a walking distance.

Awesome room, so big and bright with all windows . Bedding comfortable. Access to Netflix. Staff very accomodating. Massage and restaurants and shops right next door. Machine coffee in the morning ☕ included One of my favourite hotels. Also very cheap 😊

Basic but not really any complaints at all. Wish it had a pool but the beach being close was great.

Basic but the rooms were big. TV in the room was great, bathrooms were decent (more of a wet room). Location was great, 2 minute walk from the night markets in Karon and about 8 minute walk to the beach. Easy to get taxis everywhere! Free coffee/ hot chocolate from 7:30 for the rest of the morning. We enjoyed our stay. 500 baht key deposit but get it back on exit.

Great hotel, staff were lovely and super helpful. Room was big and bathroom too. Very clean and left water outside room every day even if we didn’t want the room cleaned. We ended up extending our stay as we liked it so much. Beds were comfortable and air con was very good.

Rooms cleaned daily if wanted, toiletries and 2 x water given daily. Location was good and a short walk to the lovely beach 🏖️ . Free coffee from the coffee machine given until 10 am, and free hot chocolate till 12. Free towels given to be used at the beach also. We extended our stay & will definitely stay here again. Also, there is a good (fair priced) restaurant with lovely staff that we used many times called Ging restaurant which is on the road to the beach 🏝️ . Enjoy 😀
