The elevator is only available between 1st and 6th floor, so we have to take the stairs from the ground floor to the first floor, and from 6th floor to the 7th floor. The toilet is a bit small.

The location is good, a few minutes walk to a train station and walking distances to shopping places. There is a direct train from the airport to the place.

1. AC was pointed directly to the bed which made me a bit sick. 2. I could charge my laptop with THAI charger only in the bathroom, there are no suitable sockets in the room. 3. They don’t place in the room some basic stuff like tea or coffee sticks. 4. You can’t really use the balcony, looks more like technical place.

Furnitures are quite old but I wouldn't complain much as the services are just top-notch. They didn't seem to have daily housekeeping services but I'm sure the hotel can provide this easily upon request. Room was also spot-clean.

Strategic location - just a stone throw to the nearest Airlink that took us straight to Suvarnabumi Airport (The Airlink was also cost-efficient!), lots of convenient stores, massage parlours, restaurants & most importantly, within walking distance to Platinum Mall - a shopping haven! Across the hotel, we had one of the most amazing foot & body massage!

The location - it is 3 minutes away from the airport rail link & near to many food places & shopping centres (can walk there) like centralworld, platinum mall & big C. If you want to use the BTS more, it is not a good location as you need to use the airport rail link. Family room - I like the family rooms given to us as we had 2 toilets & the two rooms are linked to each other through a link room.

Since the hotel is located at the end of the road, sometimes grab drivers had difficulty to u-turn for pick up/drop off. Plus the main road going out is usually congested.

Location. It is conveniently closed to train station and the night shopping market. A lot of Thai/Indian food restaurants around.

Why put a kettle and cups in the room, when they do not supply coffee or tea. I had to question Reception whether the maids had forgotten to replace the tea and coffee. "No. We no have."

1000baht deposit is a bit unusual.

Good location close to the metro from the airport and the ferry to Golden mount temple. Lots of local markets. Room and bed were great.

The mattress was a bit firm, but after a full day of exploring Bangkok, it didn’t really matter, you’ll sleep like a baby.

The air conditioning was cold, the room was spacious, the Wi-Fi was fast, there was a balcony, the water pressure was excellent, and the location was perfect.

The TV channels were not that great and with a bad reception. The breakfast choices were not that great. There was no coffee offered in the rooms.

Quiet location but still near all the great shopping locations. The bed was comfortable, room was big and the aircon worked great. The staff were very kind and not intruding.
