30 Degrees in February is a beautiful resort tucked away in the beautiful laid back beach area of Khao Tao. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well appointed guest houses with large decks, surrounded by flowering trees and shrubs and two large pools. The staff are kind and attentive. The Location is ideal, 2 minute walk to Khao Tao lake boardwalk, 3-4 restaurants 5 to 10 minute walk, 2 beautiful clean beaches 10 minute walk. There is also a great kite surfing area near the Best Western for beginners to enthusiasts. There is a golf course 5-10 minutes away that isn't plush but has a lot of peacocks and is inexpensive and good for a round or two. 30 Degrees will arrange rental of bicycle, scooter, car for transport. It's a quiet area that is perfect for bicycle riding, If your up for a long ride there is a bike path that will take you all the way to Takieb with a beach and tons of restaurants (the southern part of Hua Hin). I had my own car and walked most places. There are at least a dozen restaurants nearby and some small local markets for necessities. It is a 15 minute drive to Blueport and Village Market Malls, Cicada market, Bangkok Hospital... Hua Hin is a good size tourist town with all the the entertainment a typical beach town has to offer. In the other direction (south) is Pranburi a wonderful Thai beach town that is a gem with a lot to explore. 30 Degrees in February was perfect for me, I loved it here. Stayed a month and gave serious thought to staying longer but decided to lease a property instead. I really love this area and decided to move here.

The only small downside was the mattress, which was a bit too firm for our taste and gave us some back pain.

The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. We loved the three pools and the cozy lighting in the evenings. The staff was incredibly warm, always friendly and attentive.

Nothing really, but the lack of air conditioner in the living room was a bit inconvenient after a long walk.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens, good sized swimming pool and just a short walk to a lake and two beaches. The villa itself was clean, large and had a well equipped kitchen. Outside was a deck with seating and sun loungers. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance.

I didnt like we had to leave.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The house, the scenery, the garden, the pool, the staff, the peacefulness, the flora and fauna, everything was pitch perfect even with the small issues which were attended to and fixed very promptly. This property is unforgettable and there is no way we wont come back.

Nothing other than a lack of air conditioning in the living room. Not a major issue as there are 2 fans and the ac from the bedrooms will cool the living room

Our third stay and we keep coming back. Perfect for anyone including families. Well kept property. Excellent host and staff. As stated the host makes very healthy home made yogurt. Private and quiet. Spacious with an outdoor deck and good lighting. Secure property with friendly and helpful ground staff. Outstanding housekeeping. Fair with no hidden fees. Easy onsite parking. Great opportunity to see wildlife at dawn and sunset. There are peacocks, at least 10 other bird species I have identified, geckos and smaller lizards. After a rain you will hear bullfrogs. Pet friendly but no trace of animals smell or hair in the rooms. You can walk directly through a field to Khao Tao lake.

To make the villas more easy to live in their needs more things. Each villa was different random things, but one does not have all. There is nothing nearby so it's not easy to go buy stuff from the store.

Great place to relax away from the town. We stayed for over a week, cooking our meals, going to the lake, beach, and just lounging around the pool and beautiful home. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The manager makes delicious healthy yogurt that I recommend buying while you're there. They contacted me ahead of time to inform me about construction in the area and gave a discount. But I honestly didn't notice any construction at all.

There is not a AC in all rooms. Our kitchen and living room was quite warm. We had friends staying in other villas on site that had AC and paid same price. It would have been nice to have AC in entire home.

Nothing we enjoyed our stay tremendously it was a well needed break and the place helped a great deal with this.

There was no breakfast however the lady made some yogurt you could buy and it was excellent, I was also left a great big papaya one morning on my patio table ! Delicious.

very large traditional clean villa. Grounds and pool lovely set aside lake for walks etc. Small fishing village close by with plenty of good restaurants. Host Darin was really pleasant & helpful ensuring we had what we needed during our stay.

First time coming to hua hin, Location was perfect for what we needed, perfect for our dog too, entrance to the lake from the Villa, and a short drive or walk to the local beach, the Villa was nice and clean including pool area etc staff were very nice and let us in as soon as we arrived.

We stayed for a month and it was perfect. The house was very comfortable, beautifully decorated with everything you need. The gardens and swimming pool are a delight and the location is stunning. If I were to come to Hua Hin again, I would definitely stay here. Also the host was lovely, she helped us with hiring a moped, booking a taxi and arranging a bbq one night.

Our host met us at the entrance and showed us to our villa. The location was perfect - beautiful scenery, quiet area, walking distance to the beach and the lake and the resort was very well kept and so relaxing! There is no restaurant on site, but the kitchen facilities were excellent, so easy to prepare your own food. There are plenty of coffee shops and cafes close by, so not a problem if you don't like to cook - there's something for everyone! And the pool area is so safe and quiet, for families and couples alike. I will recommend this resort to my friends and family and will definitely stay there again at some future date! Thank you to Darin our host for providing us with a very enjoyable stay!
