Quiet, beach front location. Very large 2 bedroom room. Beach views from our room. Couple of restaurants in walking distance. Huge pool with swim up bar. Lovely massage on site. Friendly staff. Well manicured gardens. Best khao pad seafood my husband had all trip from the on site restaurant. Resort and rooms felt more authentically Thai than another resort we stayed at in the area. Very relaxing stay!

Slightly run down in parts. Limited options for fussy kids at breakfast. But this could be easily solved with a jar of peanut butter or nutella for on toast.

The beds were so very comfortable best nights sleep while staying there. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful all happy and smiling. The pool area was very tidy. Beach was just over the road sea was rather rough so stayed by pool during our visit.

There was nothing that needed improvement in my opinion.

Location is right across the street from the beach. We often felt like it was a private beach for us! Breakfast buffet was varied, lots of options for savory palates like me, plus lots of fresh fruit (super appreciated that they had covers for the fruit unlike many buffets we saw with fruit flies!) they also have a station where you can have your eggs cooked the way you want. Large rooms (we had a 2 bedroom family suite) with tub and shower. Good strong AC. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout the whole stay! They have a relatively cheap shuttle bus that can drop you in town for the street market.

property is a bit outdated but overall, felt clean.

The rooms were very comfortable. Access to the beach was good Pool area good Staff were friendly and helpful Shuttle bus into Khao Lak centre available I liked it here as it was not crowded.

If you are looking for more lively area then this isn't for you. The resort is about 15 mins by car to the main shopping/eating area of Khao Lak.

Older style very spacious, clean comfortable! Large outdoor area, large pool very clean.

I have no complaints

I liked the following the size of the room was large, the room had comfortable bedding, good air conditioning and Internet, a wonderful swimming pool, easy access to an uncrowded beach and friendly staff. We had to depart at 5:30 am and they provided food in bags for us. I recommend this resort for a quiet and relaxing trip.

The location has only a few restaurants nearby that one could walk to. Breakfast buffet should have a coffee machine where one can make a variety of coffee drinks.

We had an issue with the air conditioning but the staff were quick to help rectify the situation and we very helpful.

Wonderful hotel and excellent value for money! We had a wonderful stay, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located on the beach \ short walk across a road (100m). The room was spacious and clean. For longer stying guest a place for putting clothes and other items would have been nice (suggestion is a shelving unit in the closet). The breakfast was excellent as it had a mix of Thai (this was different everyday and had variety) and western (this was basically the same each day). There is a man making you eggs in the morning \ he was quite popular. The pool was clean and relaxing. It had a pool bar that served drinks and food. Also on premise was the massage tents and the people that worked here were excellent. Costed the same price as outside the hotel. In the morning they had Andy who gave an hour yoga class by the pool, which was a great way to start your day. As a family we really enjoyed our stay.

One issue we had was that the Wifi in the rooms was not the best. However around the hotel it was fine. Depending on your room our bed was a bit too soft. I prefer a firmer bed. there are a few restaurants nearby but for this hotel it would be ideal to rent a motorbike or a car if you want to see a few things around the area or try different restaurants.

Everything. Room was clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. Great vibe to the place. Can’t fault it.

Separate small kids pool would have been great to have.

There was no elevator in the hotel which makes luggage handling difficult for older people placed on the 3 rd floor. Shuttle bus could go more often
