It's a wonderful place. No traffic, no noise - just calm and peaceful. Rooms are really individual with beautiful terraces. The breakfast restaurant is in the middle of the garden, with very nice staff. Beaches are just a few minutes away; however, Scooters are advisable (but easy to rent). Your host, Mrs. Tee, is great! Very kind, very competent, extremely helpful!!!

Communication with hotel ahead of stay wasn't great (which resulted in a miscommunication regarding transfers).

Lovely garden setting which is very tranquil. Our room was very spacious and quiet. Breakfast included was a bonus and made mornings nice and easy. The pool has a lovely view and was great for cooling down.

The location does not correspond exactly to the position given by booking.com on googlemaps, it is better to google the accommodation directly on googlemaps. But it's not far away and the cab drivers know about it. The accommodation is a bit out of the way, which is good for peace and quiet, but if you want to go to the beach (about 2 to 5 kilometers) or to the supermarket or restaurant, it is advisable to have a vehicle. The bicycles at the accommodation are unfortunately not very good. Most of them are only for children or small people, many are old. But okay, they served their purpose. I even used them to ride to the waterfall, which, if I remember correctly, is ten to fifteen kilometers. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, there is fruit but the only bread is toast, the jam is wrapped in plastic and has no flavor. When I asked for transportation to the airport, I was quoted a very high price for individual transportation. It is cheaper to book with 12goasia, for example.

I can really recommend the accommodation. The staff are friendly and also help with tour bookings. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the complex, it is far away from the main road. I had a large room (actually for four people) with a balcony; in the morning and late afternoon it is shady and very pleasant to sit there. Bicycles are available for rent for 100 baht a day, so you can easily reach the beaches, including the non-overcrowded ones a bit further. The laundry service is good and cheap. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We especially enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool every night. Breakfast was also fantastic and included sausages and eggs! Great value.

It's a bit further from the beach than we thought but easy on a bike.

Have bikes to get to the beach or about 1.5 km walk. Pleasant stay, very helpful owner with map, motorbike hire, dinner and taxi pickup dropoff. Very nice coffee shop around the corner.

The only suggestion regards breakfast. There are two types of breakfasts: one for “early birds” with toasts and jelly. That is ok because most companies that do day trips offer a better breakfast before leaving the pier. The second type of breakfast is supposed to start at 7am, but in reality the staff starts to prepare the buffet after 8am, which is not ideal for those who will not go on trips but want to go early to the beach. A part from that, everything else was as expected.

This is a family run hotel. We got a huge room with queen size bed and they even put an extra bed for my son without cost. Tee, the owner, is wonderful. She helped us to find and book day trips and transportation, negotiating discounts with the companies. I am sure she tries that all guests have the best experience possible. The hotel is about 10 min from the Center. But you can easily get a taxi or rent a scooter.

Other than breakfast no food/ restaurant service, next restaurants are far away, nothing in walking distance.

Super nice location in a well kept garden, quiet and calming. Very individual architecture. Bicycles available to get to the beach and restaurants on Main Street. Everyone friendly and helpful.

The rooms could do with an update. Our room wasn't clean and we had biting ants in our bed. There was no way to control the temperature of the shower. Somehow, thankfully, the water wasn't completely cold, but it wasn't hot either. The room (ours was on the top floor) seems to have no insulation and because it is a big room, the air conditioning can't keep it cool on a sunny day (this was in February). There's no door to the bathroom but a curtain instead. Our curtain was stained and didn't close fully, so really you have no privacy when using the bathroom.

There is breakfast included but no other restaurant is in this area so you have to take a tuck-tuck when going to eat lunch/dinner.

This resort is very much worth its price. The woman who have this resort is very friendly and helpful, she can help you with all transports and also to book tours to a good price! Cleaning of rom was ok.

Fawlty Towers 2.0 I was given a room that smelt of dog. I approached the manager to complain, and she looked at me like I had just grown a second head. As if to say how could that be. She offered to replace the bedding, but I insisted the whole room stunk. She moved us to another room an hour later after she had sanitised it for dog odour. The next day, I became aware that the manager and an employee had dogs and let them stay in vacant rooms. Next was the unreliable WiFi, which dropped out for extended times. I'm taking a shower and the water just stopped. Some people should not be in the hospitality industry.

Veronika and the staff are absolutely lovely. Great vibe over there ! Chill and relax, I loved it. Beautiful and quiet place, pool and cheap breakfast. They find us a great rental car and did everything to make our stay the best possible !
