Czech RepublicIts a trip beach, so during our only whole day two boats arrived loaded with tourists, they took the sundbeds, even went to resort, where our room was located! It was really uncomfortable and rude towards to hotel guests…

PolandThere were 2 bathrooms but the one of the room with 2 twin beds had no hot water at all which is a big downside. The power outlets on the tarrace didn't work. The breakfast should have been better. The only 3 good parts about it were egg live-cooking station, fresh vegetables and fruit. Bad-quality coffee. Cold Thai dishes. Limited selection. The food wasn't replenished 25 minutes before the end.
The location is fantastic and it can justify some of the downsides of the hotel. We had the family room which looks a little dated but was renovated and cleaned daily. There was a living area downstairs and 2 rooms upstairs. Great, calm beach with loungers. Not crowded even in high season. If you have a return speedboat booked, you'll be informed about the pick-up time at check-in.

United KingdomWe stayed in a superior room, if that was superior I am not sure what the standard one would be like. It was very basic, no tea or coffee facilities. Dirty bathroom cupboards. No attention to detail. The breakfast is OK, not amazing.
The staff were great, the food was also good. And the pool area was well maintained.

United KingdomThe waiting staff were a bit odd/rude - they seemed a bit annoyed (?) that we were eating at the restaurant. The restaurant stops serving dinner at 9pm, and the food/breakfast was average.
We had a beachfront room, and the view was absolutely stunning. Beautiful blue sea/sky during the day, incredible moon at night, waves lapping the shoreline 5 metres away - very nice!

The breakfast was very busy. Would have liked to have seen more fruit options apart from melon, and occasionally pineapple. I stayed in 3 different rooms, some are very nice, some were depserately in need of renovation. The room were breakfast was held could also do with renovating. It would be nice to see these hotel being renovated in parts - please dont let it become run down. Location is on the nicest part of the beach. Staff lovely and very very helpful. Arranged a transfer back to the pier, very well organised.

We have been touring Asia and stopped off at Koh hai Fantasy Resort. We loved it so much we returned again 3 weeks later. Island paradise. Peace and tranquility on a gorgeous Island. Second time round we managed to snag a beachfront room. Perfect for the amazing sunrises.

United StatesNo coffee packets in the room. Maybe we didn’t get an expensive enough room for that? We were at the far end from the restaurant so it was a bummer to have to wait for breakfast and walk across the resort to get coffee. There isn’t anywhere on the island to buy the coffee packets.

ThailandNot enough sun loungers, and guests reserved them daily without then actually using them. Bathroom was very hot as no fan. Wifi was pretty poor signal so difficult when had to try to work for few hours.
Location great. Enjoyed food and the staff in the restaurant especially were lovely. Having the feeding platform for the hornbills also amazing as got to see them up close daily.

United KingdomOut of all the places I've stayed in thailand, there were some very sad and unfriendly Thai workers at the resort. Breakfast was adequate but expected more for what you pay. I had one evening meal there which was nice, but not as tasty as authentic Thai food elsewhere, plus they added on a service charge, which, in that case, would much rather give my money to more family run, friendly restaurants on the island. All in all, a 3 star resort trying to be 5 stars, lovely stay but would not return.
A lovely resort set on the near side of the beach to the pier. Room was lovely and spacious and clean, they have obviously taken great care in the resort grounds and looking after the hornbill.

MalaysiaKoh Hai Fantasy resort give me the first instant feeling is, it is a huge resort in that island. Beach is so comfortable, the sand is smooth. I have well spend my holidays on this beach from morning till afternoon, with beers, feeling fantastic. The room my wife and me like it. But, just individual preference, that the pillow is a bit soft for me. We stay there for 3 night, the hotel staff clean it every morning when we were out for our activities. Appreciated it a lot.

AustraliaI'm not sure about the service. I got there early but the staff told me that the room would be ready at 1 pm which was fine I could hang around and enjoy the view. I have been told that my luggage would be in my room when I checked in. The room didn’t have an internal telephone that I could the reception, and my luggage didn’t arrive. I walked out looking for staff to tell them that I needed my luggage. The room has a safe but didn’t provide instructions on how to set up the security code or use it, again I went to the reception. The receptionist told me that someone would come to my room and instructed me. It did not happen, I couldn’t be bothered. Also, during my stay, I did not enjoy the breakfast at all.
The location was the best, and the property was nice and clean.

RomaniaI booked a transfer from the hotel to Koh mook, they hurry me to be at the reception at 10:30, it’s 12;00 and I didn’t left. They put me in a boat in front of the resort and I’m waiting for another speed boat that is not coming. They should coordinate better with the boats company, and not make guests wait for 1,5 hours with no explanation. The same thing happened yesterday with an other guest.
The view was incredible, also the stuff. Very nice and kind people, always trying to help. All in all I had a lovely stay.
