We aren’t happy about that the bedding sheets and duvet cover a lot of cover with a lot of stain and Mark and I have to ask reception to change the bedding. A very heavy sewage smell in the toilet very off putting

There was a damp smell in the room and the covers were always damp.

Our sheets smelled clean and were clearly washed, but there were still stains. The sheets should have been checked more carefully. Breakfast could be improved; although tasty, the variety was limited.

It was definitely a great vacation. We did a lot of research, and I don't think there's a better value for money option. The location is great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bed sheets would get slightly damp during the day although the air conditioning helped dry them out. There was a strong bleach-like smell in the room.

Excellent location and staff. The room was spacious with the bathroom being particularly nice. The views from the ocean room were second to none.

The area is a bit sketchy, it seems it's still developing. That said, I would stay here again and reccomend to others.

It was an okay stay. The rooms were a good size, clean, and the bed and pillow were comfy. The food was honestly average. The staff was very helpful. It's a short drive to the beach. The pool is small for the size of the hotel, though they do have a more peaceful roof top one as an alternative. We were lucky to stay in the room with a pvt pool which we enjoyed.

Gym is hardly a gym. Bathroom so-so.

Quiet location, right behind a main street. Very friendly employees, great pool on top of the hill, a few monkeys and lizards around. Decently priced food options.

There is only one key card. If one person has to go out and others are asleep inside, the person going out cannot take the key card as it keeps the electricity on. Dummy doesn’t work for electricity. The only way is to ask the staff to unlock the door every time for you. This was just a minor issue, otherwise everything else was great during the stay.

Gym had very limited equipment (1 treadmill, 1 bike, 1 adjustable bench and set of dumbbells - that’s all). The bathroom smelled a bit like a sewer and the pool towels were non-absorbent. Rooms a bit tired and run down but adequate.

The infinity pool and pool bar, the golf cart to transport you up the hill, the location was excellent.

The fact that there were not enough golf carts to carry people from place to place. There should be railings for support for elderly ppl, especially around slopes. The bathroom had a sewerage smell on and off.

The location is great, the infinity pool has a great view, the breakfast is sumptuous. The staff is very cooperative. My father fell off the stairs and they shifted him to a room on ground floor.

Smell from the shower drain. Lizard in our bathroom when we arrived. The property is on a steep hill so there is a bit of effort required getting to and from your room, they do have a cart that you can request but not always available.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants, bars, activities. Pool is gorgeous with a fantastic view.

The balcony was covered only slightly so everything was wet every time it rained. The pillows were somewhat uncomfortable. There is a glass partition between the bathroom and the bedroom which is inconvenient if you're sharing a room with a child.

The position is really good, walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. Infinity pool with pool bar was very relaxing. The hotel is slightly dated but still pleasant. Overall a nice stay
