We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great value for money and I had easy access to restaurants and other stores when I needed to buy something. The staff were great and welcoming.

RomaniaWe had to pay extra for the breakfast - 200 bath per person. We knew that since we made the booking. Not a big cost, but the breakfast was quite poor. All the basic food items were there (eggs, bread and butter, coffee), but maybe they can introduce few more options.

GermanyThe hotel had everything one needs. We stayed one night before we left Krabi region but it was one of the best hotels that we stayed around with high performance. Since we need to leave early for the flight, they prepared a breakfast box for us and helped to arrange the taxi. Overall, it is recommended.
