Staff closed up the beach pool bar 20 minutes before closing time and then refused to serve us a drink. Make up room sign on the door and after 2 nights stay it wasn’t cleaned once.

Although you have signs saying it is forbidden to reserve sun beds we experienced every morning as early as 7 a.m. That the whole front row was reserved and the staff did not do anything about it. A shame that the former window in the living room is covered and now dark and not cozy The fitness should not be there when none of the machines are working

Not clear how to use taps in shower cold/ hot water …. Pavement is really badly designed meaning it’s hard to walk and often end up twisting my ankle trying to walk anywhere within the resort Didn’t use the buffet dinner however it looked pretty uninviting Only way to really go anywhere via walking is via the beach as you’d have to get a tuktuk to go anywhere else… Wouldn’t spend more than 4 days here

Location was ok, if you want some holidays only to relax than this is the place but beside that there was nothing to do.

Room was quite big, very clean and we had everything we needed. There are some good restaurants near by. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

We weren’t sure as the ratings were below 8 but if you buy a local sim and don’t rely on the Wi-Fi this is a great stay for a family. Right on long beach, great pool, lovely staff. Only weird thing was they tried to charge me for a bed saying my 2 year old was too big for a cot when I spoke to them through booking but didn’t when we got there in person and the cot was fine.

Pool personel is very noisy, somehow they at times do not pay attention and unaware about what is happening around, stay in the group with the phones not paying attention on people around.

Location is perfect on the beautiful beach, a lot of greenery, very good swimming pool.

The hotel was absolutely empty (during 3 days I seen ~10 other people, which can create down sides, like the breakfast the was not as buffet (probably it is when the hotel is more occupied. some of the thing are not working, like the pool bar. the upside, I had the pool for myself alone most of the time

Amazing pools, for the pool access rooms and the other pool by the beach. the lanscape is beautiful, very well maintained very big room, When hotel uses the term “beachfront” this is what it sould mean, 3 stairs from the area of the pool and you’re in the beach itself, in the sand.

Lack of porter help, we requested collection of our bags when leaving, but we ended up having to take our bags ourselves, not a massive deal but for a 5 star resort we expected some assistance, perhaps its different in peak season. Also, we had 3 rooms in total with our group, 2 rooms air conditioners broke down, one was fixed but we then had the smell of sewerage go through our room and with the other room it was too late at night but they were able to relocate to another room for the night.

There were not many vegetarian options besides raw fruit or vegetables. It was many pork dishes but a few of us don't eat pork. Otherwise very wonderful.

The gym equipment not working was very disappointing.

Lush greenery and numerous pools. I particularly liked the rooms leading straight to the pools. Fantastic breakfast choices.

Here and there improvements are needed. We were staying in emeralds suit. Overall it needs a renovation. Overall service (i.e., paid and expensive) should be improved; e.g., in the bar nearby pool I expect at least a fruit shake from fruit not from syrup. We were in Thailand and fresh coconut was not available at the bar. WiFi is also really very bad. If you need internet connection during your trip you’d better to find an alternative way rather than relying on hotel WiFi. Price wise the hotel was at the high end and the service quality was not at high end.

Good location with beach access, good atmosphere among trees, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. We were given clean towels, toilet papers and drinking water even during the days we didn’t ask for cleaning the room - which was very nice of them.

Rooms and facilities were dated. Gym was virtually unusable but enough for the resourceful.

Location was amazing, everything was at your doorstep and you could walk to dinner without shoes along the beach as well as many shops and services on your doorstep.

The bathroom was equipped with a tub and a shower. The light was very poor and in the shower there wasn’t light at all. Maybe they can fix this.

The room was big, bed was very comfortable, the area was quiet and the beach very close. Also the breakfast was very good.
