Some areas (like at the bottom of the stairs) could have been cleaner and tidier (as we passed it each day). The breakfast was nice but very limited (we did breakfast included - you had more choice if you paid). The pool area literally only had 2 sunbeds which were quickly taken each day. With a few small (easy) improvements we would have scored it overall higher but still a nice place for the money.

It’s in a great location minutes from the beautiful beach and a range of shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful and rented us a bike cheaper than anywhere else. The room was very comfortable, clean and soundproofed. Nice and quiet - we were overlooking the lovely pool.

Keep in mind we are in thailand and if you are comparing to other resort vacations you will be disappointed. With that said this place was clean and functioned well. The beds were quite stiff but clean. The breakfast was small and they only allow you to have one serving. The staff is friendly and try to help you out whenever they can.

Not really any seating or lounge area so you could lay by the pool. We also had some ants in the room that stuck with us during the stay but didn't bother us enough to change rooms.

Very spacious room with big windows! The pool was nice to cool down in and the location is great with short distance to the beach and restaurants, but not in the big city so very calm area.

The bedsheets should be changed with every cleaning which they didn’t. And we let them clean every 2 days! But the sheets were just folded but not changed!

Beautiful room with a decent view. Great location right across the street from bars and Klong Ninh beach. The pool was lovely and the shakes were delicious.

We left the cleaning sign on our door and we had to ask the following day for them to clean it and replace toilet rolls.

Need to add lights around the swimming pool because walking along the pool at night to reach the bedroom can be dangerous. No breakfast or restaurant at the hotel but lots of nice restaurants are walking distance.

Very long swimming pool. Rooms are not very spacious but there is a balcony (ground floor also). Good and cheap (40 thb/kg) laundry service.

Bathroom was a little small so hard to close the door when on the toilet!

Very friendly staff who were very smiley and always happy to help. Great pool which was pretty quiet for our stay. Easy to rent scooters which were good for us to go to the national park and get around. Enjoyed a few of the bars and restaurant on klong nin in the evening such as Jaidee and south & sea + Rasta bar at the end for sunset!

The layout of the hotel; not much privacy when in the room or balcony. Same feeling when using the pool, all the rooms faces the pool.

Swimming pool area needs some love

We stayed in a bungalow which had a lovely private outdoor area, spend many nights out there. Room was large with a wardrobe. Fantastic location over the road from a Klong Nin Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, you can hire scooters from them no problem. Also there's a little cat who visited us everyday, we called him Toes because, well he loves them.

Staff can improve on english, so they will be able to suggest activities or transport.

The building is in very good condition, the beds super comfy, aircon works perfectly. Each room have view to the pool with a balcony. Our room was 2 single beds, good size room. Swimming pool very clean. The location is next to many restaurants at the beach, but is quiet. The staff was helpfull all the times, but comunication was not easy because of language difference. You can pay by card.

Had to ask for the pool to be cleaned multiple times. Also had to ask for the room to be cleaned (we were there for 5 days and not offered any cleaning or fresh towels). There was also an awful sewage smell in the room but staff tried to sort this out once they were notified.

Great location, next to the beach and plenty of restaurants. 7/11 was a 10 minute walk. Staff could provide motorbike and gas at a good price too. Room was spacious and comfortable, nice balcony, hot water and working AC. Overall good value for money!

The staff were super friendly and so helpful! The property is near several bars and restaurants and for exploring further you can rent a scooter. Rasta bar is really nice and has two very cute german shepards!
