I think we were unlucky in getting a really old bungalow. There were newer bungalows that looked a lot nicer. Wouldn’t stay in the old one again.

Make sure you book the right room as the website doesn’t show pictures of the budget bungalows, so we had a surprise when we arrived and had to pay more to get the room we thought we had booked according to the website pictures

The rooms were a little outdated. They had garbage baskets outside every room and by the pool but they were not emptied every night.

Fan room only available at this very busy time, so I am sure other bungalows better spec. No fault of owners but be aware road works just outside to cross the main road. We have been on Lanta a while so not unexpected, but just incase you haven't been before.

We went during high season but the cost of the room was very expensive for the quality. The room rate also did not include breakfast. It would be great if they could have a towel rack outside on the balcony. Also, the wifi was quite poor.

The rooms around the pool were great. They had air conditioning, and a nice balcony. The room was clean and generally well maintained. The shower was weak as was the wifi. The pool was nice but it was quite cloudy. It is a very short walk to the beach. The cafe across the road was excellent. There is also a small grocery store right across the road which was very convenient.

Lovely hosts. Lovely pool close to the beach and great sunsets !! Perfectly adequate rooms . Ac and comfy bed made a peaceful sleep . Close to shops and restaurants !! Only downside , don’t expect hot water shower. But in this climate you don’t need it .

It was complicated to communicate through any channel. They only answered messages through booking, and on the last day, we were meant to be picked up, but they never answered and had to find the way to reach the hotel in our own ways. However, the girls at the reception compensated us providing an AC room. We had to ask for water and paper on a daily basis cause they don't leave it if cleaning is not requested.

The resort is located very close to the beach, restaurants, and mini markets. The staff was very helpful. Everything was cleaned on arrival, and the pool was also spotless. The cheapest ticket to Ko Mook that we could book was at their reception.

Big garbage bin was taken away not that often. There was a party just across our bungalow and staff didn’t mind it. And don’t rent bungalow near parking lot. Noisy and not comfortable to sleep. Staff didn’t give free water, you have to buy at the hotel.

Swimming pool was good, facilities at the place like rent a scooter, buy tickets. Location is also great. It’s not at the beach you have to walk, but anyway.

We left our backpacks in the wardrobe and on check out my bag was full of ants! We also had trouble with the onward transport the staff organised (van to Krabi town) as the driver was unaware that we had suitcases and was picking up a full van of people so was not happy at all! So if you do book onward travel through the hotel make sure you tell them if you have luggage (even if you think they already know).

Staff were friendly and helped sort onward transport. Hotel also does laundry service for cheap and rents motorbikes. Our room was comfortable with a good shower, and decent bed. The pool is lovely with sunbeds and little huts to lay in the shade, and the beach is a 2 minute walk down a private path.

We booked a room with one double bed and one bunk bed as we were 3 people. However, we were given a room with two double beds and when we pointed out this not match our booking they wouldn’t accept they made an error. They did provide us an extra mattress for the floor though which was appreciated. We rented 2 bikes but the manager tried to force us to rent 3 saying two people on one bike was ‘too heavy’ which was absolute nonsense and just an attempt to up sell. If you rent bikes make sure to check everything is working properly and take pictures of every angle of the bike as the bikes are old with many faults. They will try and blame you for damage when you return them. Also take a picture to show your tank is full upon return. They charged us for 3.5 litres they claimed were missing. When we asked for the keys to show them the tanks were full, they claimed they had already topped them up. We were having breakfast right next to the bikes and did not see this happen.

The resort is close to the beach with direct access. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast is good for what you pay. The pool is big but the water could be cleaner.
