Heat in shower wasn't always steady. We did our laundry there and it was a bit pricey comparing to other laundry places around.

The beds were so comfy!! Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Great location for old town and an easy walk through the old town gates into the newer area. Make sure you visit the night market that runs on the boundary of the old and new town near the river - so much choice for food, souvenirs, jewellery, crafts etc…

We didn't have the breakfast; the location was excellent - right in the centre of the Old City, close to many restaurants/ bars / shops/temples! The staff were super friendly & the room offered excellent facilities for a good price.

Leakage from the sink, housekeeping didn't clean the used cups. The shower head is a bit iffy. There were black sediments coming out with the water from the sink .

Location was convenient. There's 7-11 just down the street, affordable eateries and massage places are nearby.

Airconditioning didn't work so good. Couldn't change any settings. Staff informed me that there are issues with this air-conditioning in this room, but for the location and friendly staff I'm not complaining

The worst breakfast out of the 7 accommodations that had breakfast included. Poor selection, didn’t keep the food topped up, so had to ask them for eggs, coffee, fruit etc, and didn’t even have enough cuttlery stocked. Watch out for parking if renting a scooter. We got fined 1000thb because it turns out they alternate side of road parking every day, and this changes at midnight!!! Inform hotel staff if you have scooter, and their night staff will shift for you in the middle of the night :)

The biggest and comfiest bed we had in our whole month in Thailand (We stayed at 9 different accommodations during this month). Quiet boutique feel, hardly saw many other people in the accommodation, and nice little pool area (small but private). Very friendly and kind staff

One of those hotels that are very unassuming when you arrive but brilliant once you walk in. Fantastic staff, clean rooms, great location in the old town. There’s a small pool to chill by, a nice restaurant for the evening if you want an easy night and everything you might need on your doorstep. There’s nothing to dislike about the hotel.
