Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaNothing to mention we were very happy
We were greeted with a warm welcome by Noi, i and the villa with pool access was just lovely. Traditionally furnished with all the conveniences we needed. There is scooter rental available on site. The pool area has a nice ambience and is so much better than a large resort where you have to fight for a sunbed and walk a long way to the pool. The resort is quiet and amazingly we did not hear noise from the busy street outside. We loved our 4 night stay.🙏

United States of AmericaThe shower was pretty weak.
Staff were super sweet and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we have a comfortable stay despite the construction. They also have a beautiful pool and courtyard, and very convenient location surrounded by fruit stall, food and massages, 10min drive from the beautiful Nai Han beach.

United KingdomThis hotel is not in the best area. It’s just off a main road and some of the local bars attract a certain clientele. It’s not really safe to walk down the street with young children mainly because of the traffic (although we did go short distances). If you are happy to order taxis to go other places then it’s fine. The villas are a bit musty and old but probably inline with what you pay.
The pool is by far the best bit about staying at Le Piman. It looks like something out of a magazine. It’s a beautiful temperature and v clean. In fact as other reviews have said the grounds are v well maintained and obvious pride is taken on making it look lovely. Every unit has a small terrace which is lovely to sit out on (with mosquito repellent). You can’t really even hear the noise from the road.

United KingdomWhen we arrived we noticed that the work surface was scratched. 4 days later the cleaners by passed the manager and went to the Owner and told him of this damage and my Thai Girlfriend spoke with him and she was in shock as no one had ever spoke to her in such a disrespectful way she was nearly crying. He also changed us for a tea stain on a towel stating that it won't come out in the was. Anyway we had to pay as he was threatening to have us thrown out and there was a serious lack of other properties available. He charged us 2100Bht about £45-. Also on that same day the manager charged these nice people from Canada 2100Bht the same amount as us,, this time for 5 towels that had supposedly stains on these white towels that were not going to come out in a wash. They also were threatened to be removed if they didn't pay up. So there you have it, your choice you have been warned of the Owner.
The place itself is nice, Manager very nice, however
