The door was a bit stuck.

The apartment was excellent, very clean, with polite staff and everything we needed. It’s just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach, and the Tamarind and Cicada markets are about 10 minutes away on foot. The sea is clean. There are many families in the condo, and there’s a kids’ water park as well. Thank you for your hospitality!

Internet: 30 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up via Wi-Fi. Just buying a SIM card and switching to 5G gives you speeds 4 times faster in the apartment. I’m sharing this because I was missing info about 4G/5G coverage in Hua Hin — it’s definitely good here.

Last day there was a rain storm and we stayed for some hours without light...it would be great if the condo could install some Genset or even better a PV+storage system ( as the sun always shines in Thailand ) to solve this kind if issues

Apartment in a large condo with a lot of services, like gym, play room for children and a very nice pool with water games. We stayed several times in such kind of apartment ( in the same condo ) but this has been the best one for extra services, like fresh stuff in the fridge or full set of soaps, etc in the toilet ( it's a small thing, but it makes the difference when you arrive late and tired ). Also a lot of nice games for swimming pool and children included in the apartment. The other services are working well, wifi, large smart TV etc..

I can't really say anything negative except the beach was not accessable because of the high tide, but Khao Takiab Beach was not far from the hotel. Will definitely be back.

room was very clean and well stocked with many items for the kids. life vests were provided as well as other swimming items. washing machine was a bonus and definitely helped. inside refrigerator and on counter were snacks and drinks ready for us when we arrived. the kids water park was the best part. the smiles and laughter I will always remember. Thank you 🙏

Kitchen is a bit small for a big family but okay for cooking breakfast and occasional lunch.

Clean and spacious condo even for a family with 3 kids. 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms and a sofa bed + 2 extra beds (1 baby bed). Nice pool area, kids loved it! Also a pool access to another resort/pool by the sea. Quiet atleast in September. Condo also has a washing machine, iron, ironing board, sufficient kitchen equipment, some beach toys for the kids, safety vests for swimming, parking in carage etc. The host and the local agent was helpful and easy to reach if we had any questions. We would say it is better than in photos! :)

This is our fourth visit to this resort and this unit offers the best price with best facilities and views. The unit exceeded my expectation as the photos in Booking are not as beautiful as the real one. The entire unit was spacious, bright, clean, well-maintained, and fully-equipped with premium Netflix, Iqiyi, kitchen tools, a washing machine, and even an iron/ironing board! We can check on our kids in the pools at all time from the room spacious balcony. Eventually, we decided to stay a little longer. John and Nina are wonderful hosts! We had such a great time here!

I can't think of anything to complain about.

The apartment is in a great location just 150m from the beach. Very clean and tidy. All that you need is there, no need to think about towels, soap, toilet paper, water bottles, ice in the fridge. Beds are super comfortable and big. Balcony is the best part, morning sunrise views where amazing. Smart TV with Netflix The facilities are more than great. Huge sets of swimming pools for kids and adults. Playground for kids is awesome and safe. There is a restaurant in the condo complex. Big and very well stocked "Family mart" (same as 7-11) just across the street. Anything you need is just walking distance and 24hr. Checking inn super easy. The agent was in touch with us anytime we need anything. Car park very convenient. Overall great place to stay with family or couples.

The water park slides were for children only and our children did not want to play by themselves so they didn’t get to have fun.

Convenient location you can walk to tamarind and cicada markets and to the beach (unfortunately we went during monsoon season so the water level was very high and there was no beach at the time we went)

Primary washroom had a strong foul odor, that diminished after I purchased cleaning supplies and repeatedly cleaned, but persisted throughout our stay. No hot water in unit, people in pool area stated entire complex has hot water issues - so it may not have been this unit only.

Spacious, bright condo. Comfortable des with nice fresh linens.
