Wish the residences has an easy walkway going to the main building.

Very clean and close to city center. Just minutes walk away from BTS too.

The location was excellent and easy access to everything. A couple of minutes walk to the BTS, MBK and the Siam shopping malls. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.

Internet was poor

It's a little hard to find. Some cabbies had a hard time finding the place. However, this is a minor, almost negligible inconvenience.

Staff was nice, the room was great, the breakfast was good. There's really not much to dislike about this place. I would recommend it to family and friends. Good place for families as there's not much craziness going on around the area where the hotel is located.

Everything! A strategic location, 4 minutes from the centre of the biggest malls in Siam Square.

No Towel, sanitiser wipes or water in gym. FYI No attraction information or booking (which is fine as most now online).

Staff were amazing. Food was top class and location to get around was great.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was close to everything and far from the crowded roads. All the staff, from the receptionist to the baggage handler, were all wonderful and very nice. We loved our stay very much in this hotel.

Apartment just a tad older but still nice. Furniture in the apartment are older and would be nice to be upgraded to better quality furniture. Hotel does not and would not provide change to currency, even for a small amount. Last day, I ran out of local currency and wanted to change $20 USD for a rush taxi trip to the airport and they wouldn't give any change at front desk, stating they can't do it.

Great staff. Excellent service. Housekeeping does a good job. They didn't even throw out empty bags/boxes from my shopping trips until I checked out. Smart and well trained staff. Good location. Short walking distance to the mall. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. All employees at the breakfast room work very very hard. They are all very polite, respectful, and very efficient although room was full of travelers/diners.

Could have been a bit more clean, like everything else in Thailand.

Stunning duplex apartment featuring modern design across two floors. Situated in an excellent location on a tranquil street, just a brief stroll from the sky train station and numerous shopping destinations.

Kitchen sink smell of drain . Microwave oven not working. Difficult to go to balcony becos of the blinds. Maybe curtains is better.

Given room on level 2. They thought only one guest but we are actual couple staying. I like the fridge is not mini type. There's washer cum dryer but no instructions on how to use. So I didn't use the dryer. Good thing they provided a small dry rack. Good they have tissue paper in bathroom sink & dining area. Would be great if they provide one in bedroom. Trash bins were ample so don't have to walk to the end to throw. Great that they provide new dish sponge as for hygiene reasons. Towels were ample compared to other hotels. Staffs were friendly , helpful & so polite. Location near BTS,MRT station yet away from noisy traffic. Can adjust aircon temp. Shower water pressure is good. We had total 4 pillows which was great.

Only thing was that the hall way in the residence building didnt seem to have aircon. But the rooms had one in living room and bedroom so it was fine.

Amazing location as near major shopping areas and near train station. Good breakfast nice clean rooms. Great value for money. Nice hotel and well maintained as well.

Very good location close to Bts siam Mbk 7 eleven .Room was comfortable and clean AC working good not to loud .Breakfest its ok with everything you can need .Staff was very nice and helpfull

The first time we stayed the balcony had a great view but no chairs and the second time the balcony had chairs but was dirty and faced a wall -a minor problem, and one that won't stop us staying again-but if you advertise a balcony it should really be useable.

Excellent location,a few mins from BTS and MBK mall.Lovely trendy hotel with well equipped rooms.Wonderful shower,and kitchen facilities.Breakfast was great,lots of choice.We only stayed here one night before flying home but very glad we did.

The aircon in 1 of the rooms was very cold and they could not adjust it. They gave us extra blankets instead. The hotel arranged a driver for us to visit the floating market, and the driver took us to another location and not the market, and we were scammed. I would have thought the hotel would ensure the company used was legitimate.

Fantastic location. We took the 2 bedroom and ours was roomy and spacious. Nice kitchenette and small dining table. Wasking machi e and dryer was a huge plus. Facilities fantastic and beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Perfect place to explore Bangkok! Very well mantained, very clean, functional, with a good design. Recommend it especially for families! We choose the residence. It was great and big! Kids felt at home!
