The water pressure was super low. It felt like showering in a stream though we did manage fine just pressure was so off. Also oh the cooking pan was causing issues but other than that everything is fine and good and highly recommend this place for people coming through kata.

The room was really nice and spacious. The aircon worked perfectly well and they were also kept in contact with use easily through WhatsApp. The bed was comfortable and we really appreciated getting water each day. That was also nice. Plus you can have them clean as well during your stay by flipping the sign so that was nice.

Quiet location but not far from everything you might need. Super clean and tidy building and room, all very modern with everything working as it should. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful and really couldn't ask for more at this price.

The back of the AC unit in the kitchen heated it up so it was pretty hot in the kitchen. The comforter/blanket was way too small for two people for the double bed, the size is more for one person. If you’re sleeping with two it could be uncomfortable.

The price is good for what you get. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchen with some kitchenware. About a 17 min walk to beautiful Kata beach.

Personally I like a soft mattress. This mattress is a bit hard for my liking but I'm sure other people prefer a hard mattress so no complaining here.

Everything brandnew. Very comfortable stay, superclean, great shower and aircon, fast and reliable WiFi and covered motorbike parking. I'm not a fan of stairs so they gave me a great room on the ground floor. Friendly owner-couple and supercute housekeeping.

Saw a ton of ants in the room but they didn’t impact our stay too much. A bit far walk from the main strip but not a bad walk/distance!

Lovely owners and staff. They helped us in everything we needed. Big and comfortable bed. Fully equipped room, with TV, fridge, hair dryer, kettle, microwave and some cutlery. Good location near shops and restaurants, and 15 mins walk from the beach.

Although the guest house appeared quite clean and tidy the bed certainly wasn't due to bed bugs , yes thats right folks BED BUGS , i took photos of the little critters & showed management in the morning, however management was not in the least concerned about that and i was refused a refund for the pre booked second night of which i certainly wasn't staying

Awful staff/management. Took me one hour to see someone at the reception and check in. The WhatsApp contact that they indicated never read or replied to my messages. The woman from the reception had a bad attitude throughout the stay. She even started complaining before checkout when I asked if I could extend for one more night (!?). Just tell me if there are or aren't any vacancies, don't give me an attitude. In the end there was room availables but she didn't look very keen on the idea of me staying more, so I left. It's not like they had many guests, so I guess they don't really want to stay in business. Other than that the room was fine minus some weaknesses: - the AC condenser is installed in the "kitchen" space, which means hot air is blown out in the kitchen and bathroom if the AC in the room is on - The door looked very weak. I'm not really concerned about safety in Thailand but one could easily open it by pushing a bit harder. - The sound proofing isn't really good. The area is quiet but when there's noise in the alley you can hear it. You can also hear the other rooms.

The rooms were decent and clean. Wifi was strong. The hotel is well located. the price was cheap enough for the area.

Unfriendly lady working there. She didn't know how much we need to pay and she told me to hurry when I was searching for this information. We were afraid to ask for anything, it was difficult to find her available. We had to change the room after first night (due to staff's mistake). Payment was cash only. There wasn't enough sound isolation from the kitchen's side.

The external air conditioner unit is located in the kitchen. When you cool the bedrom, you heat the kitchen, which means you cannot keep the kitchen door open to have more natural light in the room when the a/c is on. The bed was too firm for me. The constant crying of a cat or cats outside, likely from the adjacent building, every single night was really irritating.

Despite being a bit distant from Kata Beach, the hotel is surrounded by various restaurants, massage parlors, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven and mini-Big-C, which made the stay convenient. The room was kept tidy and was cleaned daily. I liked that the chairs were comfortable to work with a laptop for several hours a day. One day the door lock suddenly broke, but it was fixed within an hour. I would notice a good variety of TV channels, including international.
