AustraliaThe bathroom had a very strong sewage smell, not sure if it was a plumbing issue or something else, but it was quite unpleasant. We also had a very disruptive neighbour next door who played TikTok videos loudly until 3–4am on both nights. When my partner asked him to turn it down, he became aggressive. The next day, my partner had an earlier flight and I was alone in the room. Since I didn’t feel safe, I asked the hotel staff to send someone to help me with my luggage and accompany me at checkout, but unfortunately no one did.
Great location if you want to stay in Sukhumvit. The room was also much bigger than all the other ones we had throughout our stay in Thailand.

SpainThe neighborhood is so-so — it's an area with several cannabis shops. I contacted them several times through the Booking chat regarding a few issues, but I never received a reply. I find that to be a serious flaw. However, when it came to asking for a good review, the chat feature suddenly worked just fine.
The reception staff were very kind and helped me with a reservation. We ate at the restaurant and it was good. It’s an Indian hotel chain.

New ZealandBathroom could use an update, but considering the price it's not a big deal.
Room was well equipped, aircon was turned on before I arrived which was really nice (worked really well too). I was in the cheapest room available and it was very good value for money. Hotel is a bit further back from the busier parts of the area so there were no issues with noise, but all the nightlife is a short walk away. Some nice little bars along the street too if you don't want to walk too far. Staff were professional if not overly friendly. For the price I paid I was very happy with the room and service.

PakistanThe only thing I didn't like last time in the 2023 trip and this trip is the mattress. The spring mattress needs to be changed I think. They are a bit de-shaped and someone like me who has back problems, the nights become a bit uncomfortable for me. If you get a room on lower floors then expect some on and off smell in bathroom due to drainage from upper floors. My last trip room was on the 7th floor so I didn't face this issue. Secondly a suggestion for hotel management, if they can start an EV cart or tuktuk from the hotel to the main road. It's a little extra walk from the main road to the hotel so at least they can facilitate their customers for going from the hotel to the main road.
I prefer this hotel just because it's owned by India and I can get a good breakfast just like our taste. Also it's clean and spacious rooms with clean and well maintained bathrooms.
