Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials especially bolster. Food were amazing and very delicious.

One high blood pressure measurement gadget was lost from the room. No one returned it to the hotel.

Everything in the hotel is great! We enjoyed staying there and are contemplating coming back again.

Not the hotels fault but we hadn't realised that the hotel was right next to a busy highway and the bedrooms face onto it, so there was a bit of traffic noise. Not a huge issue as we still slept well. Location we knew was out of town but hotel offers free shuttle, actually we used Grab for convenience as it was very cheap for the 4 of us.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. But we knew that already and came back anyway. So actually it is not that big of a deal.

This was our third stay here. First two were in 2022. The place kept its charme. Luckily there were not too many other guests. We again felt to have found a little gem in Chanthaburi - just like 2022. Tasty breakfast, awesome pool, friendly staff, shopping center near by. Child friendly in every way - except the stairs. We also enjoyed the many Geckos living at the hotel in the evening. Our little ones were excited to spot them.

I'd like to try a massage, but the hotel just too far from Bangkok, so I can't spend more time there.

Good breakfast with mix of local food and International food. The room size is big and clean. The vibe of the hotel is cozy and comfy, like you are staying at home. Products are localized but good quality. Staffs are very nice, helpful and polite. If it's not just too far from Bangkok, I would be one of recurring guest.

Slight musty smell in room but beds very comfy.

Location - great stop off on the way to the islands with no deviation from the route. Amazing food. Lovely large pool with adjacent playground. Tranquil pond area.

Location is some distance from the city center and having your own car an asset.

Free upgrade to Deluxe room. Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner with local specialties. Good value for money.

The hotel is located in a city with a lot of trees. staff is very good service in every position. Outside the room there are many places to sit and relax, easy to find food, close to the old city area, wifi is good.

The hotel is clean and has a swimming pool There is a spa to relieve stress and relaxation, and a fitness center to exercise. And do different activities with the family in a beautiful, pleasant garden not far from tourist attractions. The restaurant serves local food.

Spacious clean room with facilities. Nice friendly staffs. Nice resort-like atmosphere. I love their huge Swimming pool. Veriety selection of breakfast. I like that they put Chantaburi's uniqueness around the hotel. Great location. Hope to stay longer
