OmanThere was some ongoing constructions which was quite inconvenient but not a major issue. Housekeeping was not very good as the hotel was busy we struggled to get our room to be cleaned daily.
The location is perfect if you want to be in the centre. It’s connected directly to the mall which makes it easy to get food, groceries or anything else. The room is tidy and clean.

ChinaHotel is still under renovation and is under staffed. Many workers are under trained and many hotel services are not available. Traffic in and out of the hotel is terrible, it is right next to the busiest part of Patong. I stayed in the room with a garden outside the front door and a yard outside the room. Area is full of mosquitos ! I got bitten 9 times within 1 hours of my arrival and they hide behind the curtains and under the bed. I think they are getting in from under the door or coming in from the yard. I ask housing to do something about it BUT it did not improve on second day. Noise insulation was poor. Its a newly renovated hotel so the bed side of the wall have steel panels. However the TV side is regular wall and I can hear Japanese tourists talk next door very clearly. He was just having a chat with his friend. This hotel is next to Bangla road and if any guests have 'friends' over, I don't think the wall will block anything. The hotel is newly renovated but I think the plumbing is old. Our toilet blocked everyday and water supply to the toilet was intermittent.
Hotel is newly renovated and location is excellent. It is part of a large mall that has supermarkets and restaurants that is right next to Bangla road, the heart of Patong. Everything is within walking distance. The room has AI assistant that helps to control everything, very convenient. The price is excellent for the size of the room and the location.

Room sound proof not the best cos still can hear some working / renovating noise even past midnight n next door children playing n talking late night. But all will eventually quiet.

AustraliaAmazing modern hotel! Rooms are great, with everything you need. I stayed in room 2536 and it was extremely quiet. The rooms have double doors to make sure all the noise is blocked out. The staff are very friendly and professional in their service. Breakfast was great, with a variety of foods, juices, tea and coffee. Location is great, very central to everything. 10/10 recommend.

Kuwait- The number of staff is very small - The elevator in the second building needs ventilation - The distance from the hotel entrance to the rooms in the second building is long and requires changing the elevator - There is no entrance to the mall from inside the lobby.. it was closed

Hong KongThere was construction happening at 2AM? I was woken up by drilling and hammering repeatedly. I was located in the far wing and I don't know why there was construction at that time. Plus noise really carries in the stairwell / corridors, I did not sleep well at all. The water pressure in the shower was also very poor.
The staff are really nice and friendly.
