Air con too noisy in the first room I had...much better in the room I moved into afterwards. Pillows could use some updating. Reading light was weak... I pack a clip-on. Stay mindful of step down from sleeping area to bathroom area...I put a sandal on both levels to remind me.

Quiet location with spectacular views. Clean, comfortable bed. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Good lighting and curtains. Beach, roadside cafes/fruit shops, 711 within walking distance. Also a lovely temple. Scooters available to rent. Convenience shop and nice restaurant with chill vibes and great views as part of the guesthouse complex. Prawns in Tamarind Sauce was outstanding. Overall a pleasant stay with good value.

It might be because we were tired and late when we got there but we expected something more. We got the cabins behind the main building which were sort of basic. The view from the pictures were not what we got. Overall a decent stay.

The staff was nice and it's a pretty good location given there's means of transport to get around. They provide scooters on rent too.

The food in the attached restaurant was very good, but the staff seemed a little unmotivated.

The staff was super friendly, the location by the sea and close to the beach was great. The rooms were clean, furnished with everything you need and the views directly over the rocks and the sea were great. I would recommend a scooter here, as most restaurants and bars are about 30 minutes away on foot, especially in the evening.

Location, just off beach and close to Ao Sane beautiful snorkeling. Wonderful view of Nai Harn bay from front porch. Good restaurant on site. Very nice staff. Extremely low rate for area.

It looks a bit messy, maybe because they are still building. Definitely not for people who have mobility impairments. The stairs to our room were a bit dangerous with no railing.

Super location, comfortable rooms, very small pool but close to the beach and about 20 minutes walk to the pond where the bakeries coffee shops and restaurants are .

I booked my parents into this hotel, and they loved it. Cozy rooms, great aircon, nice pool for cooling off and fantastic location. They would definitely stay again.

. What we didn’t like was that I booked an paid for 1 of the rooms to be a twin room. So that my adult daughter and child son could have their own beds. When we arrived they told me that it was a double bed room and they didn’t have any other room available so I was not happy. I had paid for a room with 2 beds but didn’t get this

A/C was nice, but did blow right at the face when in bed. Some smell in the bathroom, but overall minor things.

The room was full of ants, the pool is tiny, plus only 1 pillow each which were very flat.

The view was stunning, the restaurant was good. Plus the lady on reception was very helpful, and helped us with our bags to and from the room

Firm bed, should be aware of steep incline if you do have mobility issues.

Great location to beach, bar and restaurant over the road. Nice small pool when the beach was very busy. Hosts were really friendly, welcoming and very helpful for local advice! Even met us at the restaurant to give us our room key as we arrived earlier than anticipated.

Superb location. Sea view room with balcony had stunning views ! Staff were very polite and helpful. The scooter rental at the hotel is also very convenient.

The location is amazing. View of the ocean 1 minute walk to the stunning beach. Really nice restaurant 1 min walk from your room. General store selling fruit, drinks sun cream and really cheap moped hire only 1 min walk from your room.
