Amazing breakfast with loads of both western and Asian options, very clean and spacious rooms, happy hour at the pool every day between 3-5pm, not crowded. It was a perfect stay!

Food issues. Ants and other creatures in and around the food at breakfast. Ants in the bread that I selected and all the bread had to be removed. Staff did then cover this going forward and checking and cleaning throughout. The boiled eggs cooked by the chef at the egg station were never cooked correctly. Picked 5 eggs over 2 days and all 5 under cooked and not edable and had to be returned. Lunch pool menu good choice but unfortunately they do not state everything in the sandwich which when it arrived had pineapple in to which I am allergic to. I didn't raise this before hand as this was not stated in the sandwich like it does on the club sandwich.

The whole resort was stunning to look at well maintained grounds and areas. The staff very helpful and did try and help when we had some issues. The villa / suite we had was stunning but few issues with the pool and leafs and dirt from the trees

Breakfast was OK..., unfortunately completely without creativity, every day the same, absolutely no variation. By the sea in a 5 star hotel, I would also expect a little more seafood and fish. So the food a little disappointing. At check out, the receptionist didnt say a word about whether we were satisfied. A very unfotrunate and dangerous choice - securing balconies with ropes! With 2 small children (1 and 4 years) we were constantly nervous thet they would not get to the balcony. Overall we were satisfied.

A small cozy hotel with a good design and a lot of greenery. Great staff. A quiet place for relax.

We initially stayed 3 x nights in a room with Seaview's and private pool' but decided to treat ourselves on the last night with an upgrade. The facilities in general were the same but the room was a MAJOR improvement and the private pool also a step up

Beach is plenty of rocks and not so much activity on the beach. There is steam room as well but, during my stay, it is out of service. Not so much activities to do in the hotel other than staying and relax.

Breakfast is very good, not so much variety but include delicious prawn. Hotel staff fill up food regularly so nobody has to wait for empty food for a long time. Fresh orange juice is very good too.

The vegetarian/vegan menu was extremely limited. Virtually every dish had meat or fish in it. It would be wonderful to have an expanded plant-based menu.

The area around the hotel isn’t very appealing but I enjoyed the comforts of staying at the property.

@ Hotel Management: The hotels beach is small, making it manageable for the hotel to conduct checks every 2 hours to ensure it remains 100% free from plastic from the sea as hotel guest love to make nice photos ;-)

Super friendly staffs. Great choices for breakfast. The location is not the best because you cannot swim in the sea but the hotel is a great place to relax. There’s a beautiful lounge to relax, beautiful swimming pool. Close to local markets.

Two complaints here is the pillow is a bit hard and electric outlets are somewhat loose in the room. Another thing is if you expect to dip yourself into the sea, don't expect here as the sea is in the central Pattaya which is quite dirty and not suitable for swimming.

The hotel is located at the heart of Pattaya and very easy to get around in Pattaya. The staff is very welcome and helpful. We requested for a room with privacy and got it as requested. The room is very clean and spacious. The view from the room is fantastic as well. Breakfast is awesome for Thai food selection. Tom Yum Kung with river prawn is superb. International food selection is limited especially with pastry but is good enough. Overall a very enjoyable stay for us for 2 nights.

It’s the quiet and low density place away from busy Pattaya. Also the design of the resort, we can see lot of beautiful details from the passion of hotel management.

The pillow was too thin and too soft. If you put something on the beds on balcon would be perfect, it's too stiff and not comfortable to sit.

Quite a lot of choices of the breakfast, even river prawns. Pork rib was taste. And breakfast period is long until 11 am. The pool is quite busy and noisy. We stayed at 4th floor, so we only hear the noise but not see the people there. Beach is peaceful and nice even though it's not suitable for swimming. Nice ocean view from room.
