The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the apartment ia fully furnished, full of light and extremely convenient. We had a great time and highly recommended this apartment. It's in the middle of the walking street, has beach access, big balcony, comfortable beds and a great living room. The staff were helpful and the room looks just like the photos.

The room is very spacious and the view is very beautiful and yet very quiet and private. The bedroom, TV and everything works perfectly and is well maintained. Staff very helpful and friendly. I’ve already booked the same place for my next vacation because it’s the best I’ve ever had in Koh Samui. Check in and Check out was very easy to arrange and the communications were very clear via WhatsApp. Highly recommended for everyone.

We found the aircon wasn’t the best and didn’t really cool down either of the rooms so was warm ant night.

The property was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We found it was on the Main Street but off it enough for it to be quiet, so fantastic location. The views from the large balcony were incredible. Staff were friendly. Loved our stay.

It can be quite noisy being next to other restaurants and the sea, so I recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

With it being above a restaurant and being right in the middle of Fishermans village, it could get a bit noisy until around 12 pm, so be prepared.

The apartment was lovely and the staff were great. Nice views over the ocean.

The only issue we had was with the WiFi. It was very slow and sometimes stopped altogether. This was addressed as soon as we raised it and they provided a temporary solution which was so much better (thanks to Eak). They are planning a more permanent solution going forwards to ensure good connectivity.

The apartment is spacious, beautiful and in an amazing location, with uninterrupted views from a double balcony of the beach and sea across to Koh Pha Ngan. The staff were fantastic with special mention to Eak, the Manager and Chit, the bartender in the restaurant downstairs. The apartment is right on the walking street of Fisherman’s Village with numerous bars and restaurants nearby.

Really nothing. Had a lovely stay

Awesome apartment. Local to markets and car hire opposite. Balcony overlooking beach with tropical view. Very spacious and well equipped. Aircon was very good (and was needed at this time of year). Host (restaurant on ground floor) welcomed us with a typical Thai smile and this was the case throughout our stay. Very helpful. Temples were amazing as was our visit to the elephant sanctuary and sunsets on the beach.

Take into consideration that if you are yourself or travel with a person who has problems climbing up stairs, you might have some difficulties since the apartment is on the third floor and there's no lift.

The location of the apartment itself is superb, it takes only about 15-20 minutes from the airport to get there. A couple of 7-11 supermarkets nearby (5-7min walking) The rooms are specious and equipped with everything you might need during your stay: there's plenty of dish, towels, pans, cups and so on. There are air conditioners in each room, a fridge, cooker, microwave. Interior is nice and cozy with many small beautiful details. On top of that is balcony, it's spacious and has a real wonderful feiw. The beach is under your balcony. The host was helpful and in touch on whatsup.
