The bacon at breakfast was overcooked. It was like this every morning, unfortunately.

Very suitable for resting with the family. Breakfast was varied and was also sobbing for the children.

The hotel was nice overall although it would need a little refresh of paint here and there. The kids swimming pool needs some upgrades as some tiles were broken and could have been dangerous for the kids. The main pool was good and the other smaller pool was closed for renovation. on the image of the booking for the family room, it was showing a lot of games, fun colors for kids on the bed sheet and a PS4 - which was not part of the room when we arrived.

The room we've got had a little jacuzzi / pool which was very nice. The room could also accommodate the entire family of 4 very comfortably. The bathroom was also very big. The food from the restaurant at the pool was really great and tasty. The breakfast was great as well.

Suuuper picky comment, but the AC would make a little sound when the fan was medium or higher. It would usually bother me a lot when sleeping (specially because there's not ceiling fan) but room temperature was ok if fan was low.

I was upgraded to a bigger room, and it was great! Spacious bedroom with a small living, a two-sink bathroom, a tub, all super clean and comfortable. Great amenities and a fully functionally minibar.

The pool was green, the lady working on the eggs at breakfast was rude, food in the breakfast hall was cold and often no glasses, cups and when food ran out had to wait ages for it to be replenished. Be aware you are on a very busy road and during the day there is person to help cross but isn't there if an evening and could be dangerous. Generally staff were pretty helpful and friendly, just the odd couple of staff that weren't. Smell of damp in the room and the toilet didn't flush very well but we didn't actually spend much time there so didn't complain.

Needs a bit of maintenance, the buffet options are quite limited. Needs more variety on tv channels. Food options are also limited.

We booked 5 rooms, but got 2 rooms after 8 pm, no one cared about it. Restaurant didt had enough dishes.

The whole place looked tired and in need of a lick of paint. Often didn't have certain drinks or food at the bar and service was quite slow. The hotel was taken over by Holiday Inn between us booking and going but we weren't informed.

Lovely staff who went out of their way to help and give a good service. Nice room. Good pools.

The hotel price in high season did not match the facilities and general hotel. The pool is not what it looks like in the photos: for whatever reason, the water was cloudy the whole week we were there, no matter how much they seemed to be pumping new water in. The hotel has a motel feel to it and is definitely needing some upkeep. It should be noted that it is now owned by Holiday Inn, which we only discovered upon arrival. So many small problems/details with the room due to maintenance issues (moldy broken fridge, broken shower head holder, etc…) made the stay feel like we got ripped off. Staff were polite and kind for the most part, which did help to make it a more enjoyable stay. The back street of the hotel is very convenient with all the shops and restaurants you need without going to central Karon.

It is close enough to the quieter section of Karon beach.

The overall property felt run down and in need of updates. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was impressive. See through glass separating the bathroom and main room for a family room (privacy please?) was puzzling and asked the staff to come in to put up a bedsheet. Lots of little details to be worked out. One morning there were no towels or water in the gym and no one to be found to help. Had to ask numerous times for extra towels to be brought to the room.

The family room was spacious and clean. Three pool options and the kids pool, playroom and staff were very engaging.

Across a busy road to the beach.

The breakfast was excellent- great choice of food. The hotel was very much geared up for children. Every area of the hotel seemed to have entertainment or facilities to keep them occupied and happy. The kids pool and club was fantastic - so much fun. However, it also felt luxurious enough for the adults. Choice of pools, cocktails, food. Clean rooms and spacious bathroom.

The dirty poolsl as we arrived renovation in the room above on day 1.and 2, personal pool was not functioning properly ongoing repairs with noise and paint smell..

The resort has a lot of potential, sadly previous management seems to have let slip maintenance resulting in lots of little issues that the holidayiin the team is steadily fixing. New TV with smart function, much better than Al Jazeera and Chinese cartoons only. Would recommend from mid 2024. Kudos to Nook who took wonderful care of our son.

Closed the main pool area for a couple of days Smell in the rooms which is probably the air con, but apparently very common in Thailand. Get used to the smell.

Rooms were nice and large. Rooms cleaned every day and the resort was maintained every day. Spa/ massage at the hotel was lovely. Proximity to the beach, being just across the road. Nice and quiet during the evenings.

The hotel was under constant construction. The room above me was going through refurbishment, and I had to call the front desk multiple times asking them to delay their work so I could sleep. Also two days before I left, my private pool that I paid a little extra for was emptied completely for deep cleaning and wasn't refilled until the day I left so I wasn't able to utilize it. I was disappointed about that. I would suggest better timing on conducting the deep cleaning on the private pools.

I liked the location being just on the outside of Karon Beach. The walk across the park made walking pleasant for strolling. It was just a bit far if you don't want to grab a quick taxi after enjoying the night life.

Check in staff were horrible. Multiple requests for connecting rooms with reply’s and arrive at midnight after a full day of travel to boiling g hot rooms and not connecting. Had also asked for a rollaway bed and that was also not set up. We had three rooms booked between 6 pax. They have charged me for the rollaway bed. 1 checkin staff- she wears braces was hopeless the entire trip. Absolute lack of training. This hotel will soon become a holiday inn, as an IHG member and multiple stays at many, this hotel has a long way to go before I’d ever stay again. The main pool on our last day was closed therefore unable to swim. They pressure washed with noise every day for our entire stay. This became annoying. I understand they had work to do but the day noise everyday was a bit much. Had we had warning about the extent of the renovations going on we would have stayed elsewhere. The big question is would we stay again, and the answer is No! The resort has potential but it’s not there yet!

Breakfast was fantastic! All food options were very good. Service was slow.
