The hotel is a bit too old. Tiled room floors meant that it was noisy when chairs were moved. Not soundproof. I could hear people moving outside my room to the lobby

It's dated and at one pint they had this huge French group show up which was problematic just because I couldn't get up and down in the elevator for that day and the stairs only take you to the second floor, again though this is not their fault and I enjoyed staying here.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was yummy, but the staff make this place they are so helpful attentive and kind, also good location being right next to the supermarket and great food and massage.

There is nowhere to put damp towels and swimming costumes apart from a small peg on the back of the bathroom door. It seems odd not to have any towel rails at all and it's not possible to place towels etc on top of the glass walls of the shower since these extend to the ceiling.

The location is good, close to the Chiang Mai Boxing Stadium. It was an advantage to have a car for this location, and there is extensive parking available. The breakfasts were-well presented and enjoyable with interesting Thai-style options. The room was comfortable and commodious with good AC. The swimming pool is great.

As a wheelchair user, I found the lift doors closed on me a few times. Other guests noticed the same thing

Toilet hot & cold don't work well, either it is too hot (cannot control the hot level) so have to take cold shower!!

the price on booking.com was not the price we needed to pay when we checked in. they added fees. and our booking originally said all the fees were included. it was dissapointing. One more thing to note, the two beds in our room were very very small. so our 12 yr old son was in one bed, my husband and I squished in another. they gave us an option to go in a king size bed room, but felt weird that our son would have to sleep in our bed? Would have been great to have even one of the beds larger

There was no iron in the room. I personally did not like the location, as I preferred to be closer to the city center, although it is still accessible by taxi, scooter etc. The room is outdated but it’s not chia. big deal as I was here for a few nights and it’s a fine and affordable place to rest your head for a couple of days.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! They are always available to answer questions. I was upgraded to a deluxe king suite with a huge bed, which was quite comfortable for Thai standards. The room was very spacious. The location was fine; there is a supermarket in front of the hotel and a local market within walking distance. The hotel also offers shuttle services to the airport. The location is accessible to many attractions in and around the city.

A bit noisy

Lower end in terms of prices but over the past 20 years this hotel has always been welcoming and comfortable. COVID19 has taken it toll .... but the staff are still excellent - helpful, courteous and above-all full of cheer! Highly recommended!

Breakfast was very poor. Just the same old limited choices like every other hotel in the country. Gave me one poached egg not two as usual.

Comfortable very soft bed unlike most Thai hotels. Nice comfortable lobby area. Great value for money. Friendly staff. Great location easy to find. Tops supermarket and Amazon coffee shop beside it. Large free parking.
