1. Towels took close to an hour. Room allotted without towels in the bathroom 2. Lizard in the room 3. Service in restaurant and room service is extremely slow 4. Potato wedges ordered in the restaurant with food did not come. Asked them to send it to the room, took another hour for it to arrive at n the room 5. Asked room service for a bucket of ice, a tall glass and a bottle opener. Everything except the bottle opener came. Took another 30 mins for it to arrive 6. Empty bottle not thrown away by housekeeping when they cleaned our room. Also the ashtray was not cleaned in the balcony 7. Left at 0730 in the morning and got back at 1530. The male staff at the restaurant looked unhappy and lack friendliness. The cook (BF) seems a little impolite, and they are not greeting the guest.

The only thing I was not very pleased with was house keeping. They were cleaning the rooms very nicely. However, rest items were always missing after the clean like towels, tea/coffee tray. When I requested the house keeping staffs seems like there was no proper supply as they had to message someone to send the missing stuffs. There gesture was so great that never mind it.

Property was really nice, worth every penny. Staffs were the best part of the resort. Always happy to help with smiles.

a lot of steps and steep slopes. Getting to lobby from our room meant either climbing a lot of steps, or taking a lift down to the gate at the bottom of the hill and calling transport to drive you up.

Nice pools, decent breakfast, shuttle bus into town.

Rooms a bit outdated and spread out in this older resort which sits on the hillside. Hotel offers free shuttle within the resort and to go down to the beach which is really needed in the heat! Breakfast room not air conditioned:-( the hotel has no private beach and beach chairs so if you want to be on the beach, probably not the best. We spent time at the beautiful 3 pools and then lots of programs so it was OK for us.

A peaceful, authentic Thai architecture resort in bustling Patong Beach. We got a room with seaview. Breakfast was very good with ample variety and a viee of the pools, Patong Beach and the ocean. Kids could play in the play pool with eater volleyball and basketball courts in the pool! Many programs nearby and staff was very helpful with organising tours, excursions, taxis etc.

We booked 3 rooms as we were a big group of families, we called reception to check out ALL OUR ROOM, two rooms were checked and our luggages were brought down. We had so many luggages so we forgot abt the luggages in the third room. When we got to Phuket international airport we realised abt the missing luggages. We frantically called Novotel and asked them for help, they told us that they could send the remaining luggages in a taxi but we had to pay for it ourselves. We didn't like the resolution offered. So I left all my family members and kids at the airport and asked the same taxi van that dropped us off, to drive back with me to pick up the missing luggages and drive me back to the airport again. I was charged 5000 baht for this inconvenience.. We were offered no apologies or sympathy. Thank you Novotel for the stuff up. PS We had a total of 8 large luggages, 8 carry ons, 8 backpacks and 8 handbags. Remember to count all belongings ppl, don't trust Novotel staff to check out ALL YOUR ROOMS and send all luggages down.

The facilities and location is pretty good. We liked the free shuttle to our rooms as there were times when it was a struggle to walk up the hill to get to our room.

The location is excellent. Located in the middle of the action but still very secluded and quiet. Great place for kids. My son enjoyed the kids events held at the property.

You could not get your own ice , walk to front desk and order , if you got room service there was a 100 baht charge to get ice ….. hotel tuk tuk could have gone a 100 meters more to the beach, always not crossing the street
