Lovely place, well kept and the swimming pool is something else. Close to a lovely beach. A little away from the hustle and bustle of Rawai. Room was clean and very spacious.

It is very far from the airport, so just make sure you are aware and factor in the time, as well as cost for your chosen method of transport. We booked this with kids before it changed to adults only, so we felt a little bit uncomfortable staying there. However, we did chat to the owner at one point and she said they didn't want to change to adults only but they just had too many incidents with terrible children, and that our kids would be welcome back any time.

We had a great time here. The room was huge, the bathroom was great, the kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was delicious. Yanui beach is a very short walk away and great for relaxing, swimming or snorkeling. It was definitely on the higher side of our budget, but we loved every second!

Excellent location as just a stone’s throw from Yanui beach, close to Nai Harn beach, and not far from the Rawai bars and restaurants. Very tidy hotel with a private pool and extremely friendly & courteous staff.

Chafing dishes didn't keep many breakfast items warm, so items like pancakes, french toast, grilled veggies, which would be great if warm, are cold and tired. Some trouble with the hot water during my stay though this was fixed. Having bicycles on offer are great and appreciated, and I used them every day, but they are way too small for most adults, and the brakes on some are unsafe. I was surprised on arrival by the demand for a cash security deposit, which wasn't indicated when I had made the booking.

Owner Victoria goes out of her way to greet each guest and truly made me feel at home. Location is fabulous if you are looking for a quiet corner of Phuket. Staff are very friendly. Swimming pool is great. Breakfast is ample. The room is very large. Gym is quite good. Air con is cold, almost too cold. Turned it on for one hour and then left it off for rest of day. Nearby Ya Nui beach, though small, is fabulous and great for snorkeling. Very picturesque and not a crazy scene.

The air conditioning was very loud and had a very limited number of settings to make it quieter. The temperature of the shower was very unstable, going from cold to burning hot.

Perfect location, right at the beach but also with a pool. Nice to be able to use the bicycles for free to ride around. Very spacious, clean room. Hard, but comfortable bed. Nice breakfast (only Western options though) and coffee and tea available throughout the day. Friendly welcome.

Between booking and our stay the property changed its policy to adult only and we did find it a bit awkward staying with two fairly noisy (but not abnormally so) young children. In two days we were asked to keep the noise down on a number of occasions, mostly when they were just playing in the pool. There was no lunch or dinner, or a bar, though a good restaurant is close by.

Room had a strange sour smell from what I believe might be the bathroom drains.. this was mitigated by keeping the door closed and ventilation through the balcony door. AC was a little noisy but none of this ruined my stay... beautiful spot will stay again!

We had the pleasure of staying at Ocean Pie Hotel after a last-minute cancellation of another booking, and it turned out to be the best alternative we could have hoped for. The staff, especially the host Victoria, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their support and kindness turned an unpleasant situation into a truly memorable experience. The dog should not be there. The staff is working around the clock to keep the place prestine, and then the damn dog shits right next to the pool and walks into the restaurant.

It's such an amazing place. Very clean, well maintained, and calm. The staff is absolutely amazing and do whatever they can to make your stay as good as possible. The rooms are very big and some of them are "swim up" rooms. We had a Deluxe Family Suite with two bedrooms, and it was huge.

no bar or any food at the property after breakfast.. you can’t go downstairs and buy a juice/beer/snacks.. nothing. and closest grocery is 15 min walk from the hotel.
