I believe before covid19 hit there was breaksfast facilities plus a coffee/bakery on the lobby area. This has not been revived since the hotel re-opened. Certainly needs to be re-considered?

Not easy to find as it looks like from the photos it is on Sukhumvit Road but is at the end of a small road parallel. Has a window but cannot see anything through it.

The afternoon shift lady (red hair) was not friendly and was rude to the sweet trainee in front of me ..

the room was quite and comfortable...water pressure is excellent ..too hot but it was good for me....The location and accessibility to BTS Nana station were excellent. The morning and night shift at reception were friendly and helpful, The Eng. gentleman was efficient and helpful also ( couldn't find where was the switch of one particular bulb and he helped without judging how silly was my request :) Reception helped me booking a taxi for a very early flight at 3am, I liked also the fact that elevator was accessible with room key only.. the two ladies of Housekeeping were sweet and friendly...I will definitely book again. PS: my apologies I didn't write down the names...next time I will :)

Room 308 is on the main road it's feel to me like I sleep on the street so 2 night we can't sleep at all and it's not worth the money. After that we move to a room 503 and it was better much better 😌 👌

I cannot find the iron. Water pressure is quite weak. Hot water was extremely hot, when I tried to turn it to warm, it turn immediately to cold water. So I had no choice but using cold water. Room 307. My first room is 402 or 401 I dont remember but when I checked in, no one cleaned up the room.

My room was close to the road and the traffic is pretty loud all night. Tuk tuks with loud exhausts and bikes racing up the street all night.

The location is great. Right in the center of all the action. Close to public transportation.

Windows didn't open, could hear pounding music till late and loud cats in heat all night. No breakfast.

Bathroom was blocked and the hot water pressure wasnt stable enought. Room was a bit dark and would be noisy during the night since just next to the bars.

Location is excellent, just next to the NANA BTS station but the other access that much closer to the BTS exit was closed. Super convenient to the big station like ASOK/CHITLOM/SIAM. The room and bathroom is big enough which more than expectation! Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It is difficult to look for the hotel if U are new to the place. On8 Sukhumvit, Nana. Many local are not sure of this hotel location. It's hard to find a self-service laundry.

Hotel location is convenient to travel around the city. Very nearby to BTS Station, after exit from hotel, easy excess by lift to station. Have massage centers just outside of the hotel. Pubs and restaurants are within reach till late hours. Area consider safe to walk around, a very busy street with many vendors selling their goods. Clean Hotel with friendly staff.

A slight issue with shower drainage. The water is slow to drain so a fix is required. The water pressure and aircon are superb.

The location is fantastic - very central and within walking distance to many eateries and malls. Also, the BTS is at the doorstep so exploring your favourite places is easy. Street food is at arm's reach too. The room is comfortable with the necessary essentials. The pillows are large and fluffy. Love it! No breakfast this time around as we opted to have hawker food. Overall a really good place and value for money experience. The staff housekeeping and receptionist were very helpful too and willing to assist.
