United StatesI think family room should have 2 TVs. The room with the couch had a TV but was removed as we saw the TV bracket there. I will not be staying again in the room type unless there is 2 TVs. I had visitors come visit me and could not watch TV as it's in the room with the queen bed. Very silly! Family rooms should always have 2 TVs.

United KingdomAccessing the WiFi was a real pain, they need a better way to get started! While the room was clean, the fact is that the hotel is now 'tired' and badly needs a makeover.
I have visited this hotel off and on for some 50 years, I know what to expect. These days, I go to Hatyai on a 'visa run', part of the process of keeping on the right side of Malaysian immigration during our annual visit there. As we travel by train, it's perfectly placed and there is plenty of choice for eating in the vicinity.
