How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

The room deserve some renovation. The boss is really not friendly. After checked out she asked my friend to leave to pool immediately on a rude way. We were just waiting for the taxi. Unacceptable After 5 days without any issue.

Your room has the intention of checking out late for 1 hours, which the hotel has approved without any additional service fees. 2. Your friend has returned the room key and informed that he wishes to check out. 3. The hotel has inspected the room according to process and found that the swimming pool towel was missing. 4. Your friend has informed that he wants to used the swimming pool while waiting for you to leave the room and the hotel has not refused to use the swimming pool. 5. We found that your friend did not return the swimming pool towel to the hotel. We have to request a return of the swimming towel only. Verified reviewWe liked the pool and the garden. Quiet,relaxing, clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.Beds are hard, but we found they were in fact comfortable to sleep on and I had a great sleep, considering we normally prefer to sleep on softer beds. Breakfast is basic, but quite enough- cooked breakfast or muesli. There's a choice of fried, scrambled eggs or sn omelet. Served eith bacon , sausage and luncheon. Also, a small selection of fruit and toasts is available as well.
We would've liked the cafe to be opened at dinner time, instead of always having to be going out for dinner. The kitchen was operating till 5pm latest. Possibly consider coffee and tea making facilities available in the room, since it's only an instant sachet coffee available at the resort.

I slept very poorly because the curtains let light through and the other side had a glass tile window with no curtain. The aircon was noisy, and noisy pack of dogs were fighting at night on the property. There was a thin quilt with a blanket mess instead of a proper duvet with a duvet cover.
