We tried one of the restaurants on the beach and it was not really good. First of all it took a long time for the food to arrive. 2ndly, they had a "Greek salad" that was anything but Greek. it didn't have feta/haloumi cheese or olives it did have chicken, cabbage and other veggies that don't belong in a Greek salad. My spouse does not eat meat and we never thought of mentioning "no chicken" in a Greek salad since it's uncommon to see it anyway.

The beach itself was wonderful, the room was spacious and convenient and the entire area of the resort was very appealing. Pool and bar were great and we had a lot of good times there.

Everything was great - even have doctor who Comes to site which is great but struggling to get receipts from her for our insurance - would Suggest if you need to use this service ensure you get receipts at the time as they were promised to be at reception next day & didn’t materialise - unfortunately having to chase now which is the only downside

We ordered room service first night and other than the fact that they didn’t have a menu for that, they didn’t clean the food tray till the day we left. They cleaned the room but ignored the food tray. We called them 2 times to ask them to clean it and they never showed up. It got to the point where so many flies were around the leftover food and nobody would come pick it up. We had to go to the reception by ourselves and ask them personally and they still didn’t come clean it. When we had to check out the tray was still there so I don’t know what happened after that.

The resort was far from everything but it was excellent for people that wanted to relax like us. It had everything we wanted to do from massages to boat trips. The room was pretty as well and clean.

This resort is old and outdated and not well cared of. Overpriced food and beverage. Poor WIfi. The sound of long boats, was irritating.

Great location, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Clear water and perfect beach (ideal for families with children). The beach was so beautiful & peaceful. Swimming pool was clean, it is good for kids. The resort provides free sunbeds and towels to chill at the beach daily.

The shower only had cold water, we stayed one night only so it was a bit if an inconvenience because we realised it at night and we did not have time to get the hotel to fix it. We had to take cold showers. The room decor was a bit old fashioned.

The location is very beautiful: amazing beachfront with all you need, walking distance from family run beach restaurants with great food and drinks, taxi service to the nearest town, private boats available to rent and take you to see the islands. Great breakfast buffet, staff was always very polite and friendly. The room was clean.

Milipedes, Tourists hogging sun lounges all day despite not using them, perhaps a sign saying if you are away from the lounge for over an hour your towel will be removed and some other user will get to have a go...

Some of the buildings and bungalows feel a bit old, and you can sometimes smell sewage/ mold in the bathroom. I'm afraid it just might come with the territory (of staying in a humid tropical climate). There were quite a lot of critters like the venomous millipedes and mosquitoes. The staff was doing their best to control their population (by fumigating the area 2x week). There is only so much you can do about the insects on a tropical island, though, so arrive with an open mind and don't let the bugs ruin your vacation.

You can't beat the location - it's set on a beautiful, pristine and quiet beach away from the party town away from the party town around Tonsai Pier. The area with the chaise lounges, pool area, and the rest of the premises are beautifully designed. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They even entertained us during the New Year's Eve, and it was a lot of fun. Our reservation came with a New Year's gala dinner buffet, which was very opulent.

Limited hot water in our garden view rooms (not sure if its the same in every room). Also you can't really snorkel much right from the beach as the water is rather murky due to waves. But take a day trip to the other islands and you'll have plenty of opportunities!

Excellent location. It was just what we were seeking - Away from the bustle and easy access to beautiful beaches. If you book this resort, be mindful that it's located away from the main pier of Phi Phi islands (Tonsai), with no connecting Road. Easiest way to get here is to take a direct speedboat to Leamtong Beach from Krabi / Phuket. Also there's nothing around the resort (except other resorts), so if you're looking for nightlife/street shopping, then tonsai may be a better location. We enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were small but clean. The seaside restaurant was great. The staff very helpful.

My only gripe is the pillows were too big on the bed. I probably could have asked for a smaller one so my fault. Everything else was spectacular.

Felt like we were in paradise! Everything was super easy. The hotel let us know as soon as we booked, how to book the ferry to and from. The beach was so beautiful & peaceful. Excellent place to stay to relax, unwind & explore the Phi Phi Islands. The staff were very friendly and attentive, it was very simple to book a day trip around the islands via long tail through reception and the price was fair. Breakfast was great and the food at the hotel was surprisingly delicious!

The rooms are filthy , they don’t dust properly. Pool looks to old. In the shower there was no warm water , I was sick and I got sicker

A little outdated, needs an upgrade but it was ok, food was good, you have other options on the beach but keep in mind you are 30 min by boat to Ton Sai so you are a little isolated. Ask for a room near the pool, the ones up on the hill are old and there are aggressive monkeys on the balcony.

Perhaps our ignorance but didn't realise until we had booked hotel that the only transport is Boat and we arrived too late for the hotel transport at 450 Bhat and had to get a long tail boat at 1500Bhat. But it was an experience. Maybe your resort details should be more clearer and also we stayed in 6 hotels in thailand over the 4 week period and the only only one with up to date photos was Kokotel in Naiyang Beach - all the rest were way old

Sometimes the cheff in the lunch restaurant was not as good as the dinner cheff.

We had an amazing experience. Relaxing by the beach listening to the waves and looking at a perfect blue sea was one of the most enjoyable days in Phi Phi. Breakfast was good, daily clean up to standards, restaurant very good as well and the bar made us a perfect mojito everyday. But for me the top of the cream was the sunset view. Oh, the staff was AMAZING. At the end, they even gave us some neck pillows as a gift.
